Video from Capitol Hill Elementary School in Portland, Oregon brought into question the policy in Oregon and many other schools in the United States as a response to COVID.

As a COVID mitigation strategy, the children are being forced to take buckets outside. It doesn’t matter if they get any other diseases from being outside in cold weather.
Post Millennial claims it was contacted directly by one of its parents.
“As a parent of a student at Capitol Hill Elementary, this policy is abhorrent,” the parent said.
“I am beyond furious, especially knowing children are low-risk,” they continued. “Governor Brown maskless in DC this weekend was the last straw. We’ve been patient with all of the policies here in Portland in hopes of not being ostracized within the community, but this is the last straw.”
“I will be picking my child up to have lunch at home,” they added.
This picture shows Oregon Governor Kate Brown. Her administration has been pushing for an indoor mask mandate that will last forever, despite the fact she did not wear one at a gala in D.C.

David Gins (a Kamala-Harris staffer) is also on the left, but he has opted to not wear a mask. He posted what seemed like a hostage clip in which he said how much he enjoyed working with her. Even though the Biden Harris Administration is constantly pushing for masks, he, too, has not been wearing one. You can take off the masks but they are forced on to your children. You and your family are subject to the rules, and not Democratic politicians or staff.
These school lunch rules aren’t only happening in Oregon, it’s happening in a variety of schools across the country, as The Week notes.
Minnesota parents protested when they found out that their kids had been forced to eat outside lunch as COVID mitigation. On Wednesday, New York Times columnist Michelle Goldberg tweeted that children in her daughter’s school were largely being forced to do the same — and that the vaxxed kids allowed to eat inside weren’t allowed to talk to each other.
Notice what’s also suggested in that paragraph — that vaxxed kids are allowed to eat inside at that school. Does that mean that unvaxxed are eating outside and they’re creating a division based on vaccination status amongst the kids? That’s what it sounds like. And they’re so scared of COVID they wouldn’t even let the kids talk to each other. That’s madness. So they’re putting the kids’ health at risk being out in the cold, and putting their developmental health at risk by separating kids and not allowing them to properly interact with each other.
Goldberg added an additional element of madness to their crazy plan: They made kids who were eating in the kitchen sit on the floors.
I used to delete a tweet I made about my son’s school earlier because it was not clear enough. However, I now know. One NYC school has made it clear that they are forcing kids to sit down on the ground so they can eat their lunch in there.

What does the White House think about kids being left out in cold weather during lunch? According to White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki, keeping the kids outside and having silent lunches is just peachy keen to keep them “safe.” Not only is it great, she even celebrates the “creativity” of it all.
Psaki asks about COVID rules at schools like letting children eat outside.

“These are steps that schools are taking to keep kids safe, and I think the vast majority of parents appreciate that,” Psaki declared. I’m thinking that Psaki clearly doesn’t understand what most parents think, if she believes that.
Is there anything they care about other than control and COVID? It is unlikely that the harm done to children by all of this will ever be incalculable.
I have a question for Psaki and it isn’t about what she’s willing to put her child through in the much milder weather in Washington, D.C., it’s what she would put herself or what Biden would put himself through. Is it possible to eat outdoors in order to reduce COVID risk? If not, why not? These are the rules that they would like to make apply to children who are more likely to contract COVID than their parents. You know they’re not, of course, so why are they making kids do it? Wait until 2022 if parents think the Virginia election results were funny.
