There are times as a writer when it’s appropriate to use the phrase “has no shame” to describe a public figure or prominent organization. Most of the time it’s not meant literally but figuratively speaking, as even most of the people we assert have “no shame” do actually have Some deep down, even though they don’t display it very often (which is what causes us to question it and them in the first place).
But there are times when the term should be used to mean exactly what it sounds like in the most literal of senses, as in “the Lincoln Project literally has no shame.”
We have known that ever since the announcement of the formation of the group of holier than thou Never Trumpers-turned full-blown Democrat apologists, although I’m hesitant to use the term “blown” in any piece related to the Lincoln Project for obvious reasons. Their shamelessness is evident, as was the shocking racist tiki torch stunt that they pulled at Charlottesville, Va., for Glenn Youngkin’s gubernatorial nomination. Fortunately, the party got the last laugh.
Knowing what we know – and what They know that we know about the lengths they went to cover up the fact that one of their co-founders, John Weaver, was an (alleged) sexual predator who allegedly tried to groom underaged teenage boys in order to “initiate” them into the seedier, more repugnant side of the political world, imagine them thinking it was a good idea to not only mention Sen. Ted Cruz’s children during a segment on the Big Bird/Biden admin idiocy (and Cruz’s comments about them) but to actually promote the clip on their verified Twitter page.
Yep, that’s exactly what they did:
Ted Cruz’s chances of having children at this age are zero. Zero. So, this is another moment of just abject stupidity of a United States senator.” — @SteveSchmidtSES @DeadlineWH pic.twitter.com/SLhW2hRzIK

Cruz wasn’t amused, but he was understandably offended that his children were being brought up by a founder of the group.
At the pedophiles @ProjectLincolnWe must not talk about our children anymore. https://t.co/AJVq7dhGHG

Memo to the Lincoln Project: Do yourselves a favor and don’t quit your day jobs. Wait, perhaps you should. Maybe you should stop using the term “children”? EverydayTalking policy is a different thing. It’s unseemly, to put it mildly, even worse than the tiki-torch stunt, as vile as that was.
Note to MSNBC, also: We are still seeing you elevating the creepers at LP, particularly you, Nicolle Wallace. Have you no sense of decency, ma’am? Don’t bother answering that question, because we already know the answer to it.
“The Pedophiles at the Lincoln Project can’t stop talking about other peoples little kids, and MSNBC encourages this behavior. Wonder why?” one Twitter user askedIn response.
Why not?
