Many things have been written about Donald Trump’s presidency, and some of them are not kind. However, all of his accomplishments and failures during anyone’s presidency will always be overshadowed by what lasting effect he had well after leaving the White House.
Today, with the overturning of Roe v Wade, Trump’s legacy has been cemented as one of the greatest pro-life presidents in the history of our nation.
Trump was the one to strengthen our courts by appointing three justices who would interpret the law exactly as it is written and not the way activists want it to be. Trump appointed three justices to the court, Amy Coney Barrett, Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh. This allowed Roe to collapse, which has led the killing of millions upon millions of innocent people.
Trump has your support, no matter how much you may love or loathe him. This man, whose views on abortion were often questioned by many was the one who made it possible for many pro-lifers to achieve their goal.
Incompetence and poor decisions will eventually neutralize much of Trump’s past actions. You can see this happening now with our economy as the work he’d done to repair and strengthen it is being demolished by an administration that clearly has no desire to do what’s necessary to maintain stability.
Yet, Trump’s moves to appoint these justices will echo through decades and, on top of that, prove to many that those who fight for their goals against overwhelming odds truly can achieve them. Trump has encouraged the good men.
That said, it’s pretty important that you understand that no victory lasts forever. Roe could be reversed and resurrected at a later date. This is true for any Supreme Court decision, such as that of New York’s gun control law.
It’s on us to build upon this victory, not take the win and think the fight is over. You’re not going to get a slow fade to black and rolling credits. Roe’s supporters are planning, working and already planning. It is a good idea to do the same.

Rest assured, you’re probably going to see some blowback from this. Roe was one the most holy of all the holies of the left, and its destruction is sure to send them looking for recourse.
