The Senior Editor at The FederalistAfter calling Rachel Levine “a man”, he was unable to access his Twitter account.
Based on The Federalist, Senior Editor John Daniel Davidson tweeted that Levine “is in fact a man” and was locked out of his account. Levine, a transgender female who works in the Biden administration.
“They’re not even trying to hide it anymore,” Davidson wrote. “If you say that Rachel Levine is a man, they will come after you. Doesn’t matter that Levine is in fact a man. Truth is no defense.”
Less than 24 hours after the post, Davidson’s account was locked by the platform for 12 hours. His account will be restored if he deletes the tweet. Davidson indicated that he wouldn’t delete the tweet.
A second tweet by Davidson that referred directly to Levine was reported to Twitter. It was then blocked in Germany.
“In accordance with applicable law and our policies, Twitter is now withholding the above content in Germany,” the warning message from Twitter read.

Twitter’s conduct was controversial FederalistThis was just the last week.
Newsbusters reported that Twitter relayed the following message to users who tried to access the publication’s content: “The link you are trying to access has been identified by Twitter or our partners as being potentially spammy or unsafe.” The warning added that the content could be “violent or misleading.”
The flag was soon noticed.
“Twitter is currently censoring links to @FDRLST news stories, falsely claiming that our stories are “violent or misleading content that could lead to real-world harm,” Sean Davis, CEO and co-founder of The Federalist, tweeted. “Stories about KBJ, Ron DeSantis, Hunter Biden, and majolica art are all being maliciously censored by Twitter.”
Twitter is also locked The Babylon Bee’s account for “hateful conduct” after it posted an article that joked that Rachel Levine was the site’s “Man of the Year.” Adam Ford, the founder of the publication, was also locked out of his account for “hateful conduct.”
