Univision: Don’t Blame Illegals Blowing Off Their Notices To Appear, Blame ICE!

An alarming number – roughly half –  of undocumented immigrants released into the U.S. by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) from March to August of 2021, didn´t show up for their deportation proceedings. But for Univision anchor Patricia Janiot, the only downside of the disquieting revelation appears to be how it´s “ammunition” for those who oppose Biden´s free-for-all open borders.

The Univision News late-night news edition aired this bit of activism as news. It portrays delinquent immigrant immigrants as totally lost and confused people who can’t be blamed. However, the numbers confirm the severity of the Biden Harris immigration crisis and gained attention after U.S. Senator Ron Johnson, R-Wisconsin presented a report to the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee.

Watch as Janiot appears to absolve those breaking the law, while reporter Claudia Uceda makes a call to action to the evaders, in what comes across as a 1-800 ad:

PATRICIA JANIOT: A new report on immigration is an opportunity for President Joe Biden to make a stand against his immigration policies. According to the report, just half of those undocumented immigrants who were granted asylum after crossing the border didn’t attend the required hearings. Some activists think that these immigrants are not trying to hide their immigration status.

CLAUDIA UCEDA ICE refused to comment on these figures or on their reasons. The only thing they said was that any undocumented immigration who has problems scheduling can dial 1-888-351-4024.

The report featured an activist immigration lawyer making excuses for the no-showers; among them, that the offices are closed when they go there, that they call and no one answers the phone -the day´s feed for the usual immigration sob-story, this time arguing that 47,000 persons that crossed the border illegally, and now hide from the law, “do not seek to disappear, but rather face challenges.”

The data was provided by Johnson, after Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas failed to answer his questions during the committee’s hearing on the subject last September.

We will see how many Uceda 50K are able convince to leave the fog.

Univision News: Evening Edit

PATRICIA JANIOT — A new report on immigration is an opportunity for President Joe Biden to make a stand against his immigration policies. According to the report, just half of those undocumented immigrants who were granted asylum after crossing the border didn’t attend the required hearings. Some activists suspect that this isn’t the intent of the undocumented migrants. Claudia Uceda has some facts and figures on the subject.

CLAUDIA UCEDA Last year, 47,000 undocumented immigrants were released by Joe Biden but did not turn up to ICERepublican Ron Johnson reported. Sen. Ron Johnson was informed that the Department of Homeland Security had provided this information. Between March and August last year, more than 104,000 immigrants undocumented were issued notices to report at ICE. However, only 49,000 of these people followed through with their obligation to show up to Immigration. The other 47,000 didn’t. Undocumented immigrants released after illegally crossing  the border must report to ICE, up to 60 days after their release. An immigration lawyer stated that most immigrants are not looking to flee, but instead face obstacles.

LOUIS PAOLI IMMIGRATION LOYER: The majority of them, and this is something I personally see every day. They go to ICE and then it closes or an announcement says (appointments were canceled) because of COVID.

UCEDA (Undocumented Citizenship and Immigration Act): Some cases in which the undocumented were told to return within two weeks are shown by those who have defended immigrants. The phone number is given, but they do not answer.

PAOLI: You call that phone in two weeks and nobody picks up. This is how we end up with a man who came to the United States and was completely uninformed, lost, and confused.

UCEDA. ICE did not comment on these numbers or the reason behind them. The only thing they said was that any undocumented immigration who has problems with an appointment can dial 1-888-351-4024. Univision. Claudia Uceda in Washington.
