Alongside last Tuesday’s gaslighted federal jobs report, came this bit of window dressing from the AP:
According to the report, the U.S. only created 210,000 new jobs last month in comparison to 530,000 predicted gains. This is contrary to what the households survey showed.

A record 4.5 million American workers quit their jobs in November, a sign of confidence and more evidence that the U.S. job market is bouncing back strongly from last year’s coronavirus recession.
According to the Labor Department, Tuesday’s report showed that there were 10.6 million jobs available in November by employers. That is less than 11.1million in October. However, it still remains high according to historical standards.
According to the Labor Department’s monthly Jobs Openings and Labor Turnover Survey, November saw 6.7 million new hires, an increase of 6.5million in October.
Nick Bunker, Indeed Hiring Lab’s research director, pointed out that there were many quits in low-wage restaurant and hotel industries. “Lots of quits means stronger worker bargaining power which will likely feed into strong wage gains,″ he said. “Wage growth was very strong in 2021, and … we might see more of the same in 2022.″
The AP’s conclusion from all this:
The job market is rebounding from last year’s brief but intense coronavirus recession. COVID was a devastating virus that caused governments to order lockdowns. Consumers stayed at home, and businesses were forced to close or reduce their hours. In March 2020 and April 2020 alone, employers cut more than 22,000,000 jobs and unemployment rose to 14.8%.
But massive government spending — and eventually the rollout of vaccines — brought the economy back.
B.S. Particularly since this AP report was reprinted from various legacy media outlets like CNN, NBC and the U.K. Independent. Dubbed “The Great Resignation,” the legacy media is running with the narrative that this is a sign the economy is bouncing back! The CNN image from the Summer of 2020 of blazing buildings and rioting, with the chyron, “Fiery But Mostly Peaceful Protests…,” comes to mind.

According to the legacy media, job creation provides security that allows someone to move on to a new position or follow their dream. The same thing Nancy Pelosi, the House Speaker of Horse Hockey, used to argue that the Affordable Care Act allowed young people not to have to work solely for health insurance. She argued the government’s policies were giving young people “freedom” to pursue their muse.
Right….
Then you have the Unions and other Labor movements trying to spin the narrative that this is a call for workers’ rights and better wages, and people are protesting with their feet.
Each narrative ignores the reality: The mandates for vaccines have caused an upheaval in the workforce.
These “voluntary resignations” from people who refused to kowtow to the vaccine mandates issued by Dementia Joe via their employer, or employees who may have gotten vaccinated, but they are refusing to disclose this to their employer because of something called, “medical privacy,” are not even being counted among these numbers.
Harvard Business Review says that most of those resigning include mid-level workers who have had enough experience, years of work, and savings to put together a retirement plan, savings, or even a nest egg. I have had the opportunity to speak with many of these employees about this topic. They would love to not have to draw on their retirement or pension funds. But, greedy employers made this happen so they feel this is the only option.
They will refuse to conform.
So frustrating… I didn’t resign. I was let go. Because my type of work was so precise, it took five months for me to get another job. I used to count pennies. It was hard to make ends meet on unemployment.

Some of these professionals were highly skilled and did not wish this. However, companies chose to follow the federal program and accept whatever federal money is coming their way rather than making accommodations for highly-skilled employees.
Due to the mandate’s implementation, there is an acute healthcare crisis.
This is my most worrying chart: Health care services are crashing to a halt.
Doctors, nurses, aides & more are burned out and we’re still in a pandemic
Healthcare quit rate:
March: 2.3%
April 2.5
May 2,4
June 2.5
July 2.7
Aug.
Sept. 2.8
October 2.7
Nov: 3% pic.twitter.com/WZucDL0MjL— Heather Long (@byHeatherLong) January 4, 2022
Some might be burned out but not all. Frontline workers who put it all on the line before there was a vaccine, many of them who have contracted COVID more than once and recovered, are now being unceremoniously shown the door because they won’t get a vaccine. It’s absurd, has very little to do scientifically and a lot more to do about control.
KAAL.TV in Minnesota spoke to one of the healthcare workers that made the decision to not get vaccinated.
WATCH:
There is also the overwhelming mess that is the airline industry. This is despite the fact that it is being blamed for the weather and denials. While flight cancellations and workers shortages are continuing apace, airline employees have been placed on furlough.
There isn’t a lot of compliance happening. United Airlines, which is leading the fascist plot, offers higher wages to pilots as well as flight attendants. Pilots will also be paid more for their work in January.
Doesn’t sound like winning to me and airline professionals know it, as they continue to hold the line and push back.
Monday’s Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals hearing was dominated by arguments of United Airlines workers who had filed a collective action alleging religious discrimination.
A group of United Airlines employees is calling out its own CEO, alleging that he violated civil rights law with the company’s coronavirus vaccine mandate.
Monday’s letter asks the United Airlines Holdings Board of Directors to intervene and prevent the “mounting” costs of “needless litigation.” CEO Scott Kirby has defended the company’s actions as justified to ensure “safety” and argued that it saved lives.
[…]
Employees who have been with Kirby for between five and 36 years claim that Kirby is not making reasonable accommodation for their religious beliefs.
First Liberty Institute continues to challenge the Department of Defense, in an effort to safeguard our servicemen who have refused to listen.
The United States District Court of Texas issued a preliminary injunction against the Department of Defense’s vaccine mandate.
Today, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas issued a preliminary order stopping the Department of Defense’s ability to punish military personnel who express religious objections regarding the vaccination mandate. First Liberty Institute brought a federal suit and moved for preliminary injunction for dozens of U.S. Navy Seals and Naval Special Warfare personnel. They were suing the Biden Administration for refusing to allow religious accommodation to COVID-19 vaccination mandate.
Today is the due date set by Biden for compliance to the mandate regarding vaccines. Many corporations, including some large ones, have been coercing and forcibly requesting compliance since August. This is different from healthcare and airline industries where the immediate effects of such poor policies are not visible. However, if the lawsuits by individuals, groups, and state governments, along with employment shortages and economic disruption from the Great Resignation is any indication, the longer the government and these companies hold on to their insistence that Americans comply with vaccine mandates, the worst things will get—for everyone.
It’s 2022, and Biden’s America continues apace.
