The Difference Between Texas National Guard and Biden’s Border Patrol in One Stark Video – Opinion

Operation Lone Star saw the Texas National Guard stepping up to the plate and stopping the massive inflow of illegal aliens at the border. That’s the effort by Texas to make up for the failure of Joe Biden to stop the flood. Biden’s team has handcuffed the Border Patrol from doing its job. These numbers are staggering.

But if it wasn’t clear what the purpose of the Biden team is, the actions of Biden’s Border Patrol on Wednesday made the aims explicit.

To prevent illegal aliens entering, the Texas National Guard closed the gate that was located on Del Rio’s private land. Although the Guard refused to allow them through, the guard stopped the illegal aliens from backing up. Fox’s Bill Melugin captured what happened next when the Border Patrol showed up. Once the Border Patrol arrived, they unlocked the gate to allow all illegal aliens into the building.

Melugin points out that Texas is now locking the gates.

While Texas is working to defend the border’s borders, illegal aliens are being allowed in by the same people that are supposed to guard it. They’ve been ordered to just let anyone in, even as Texas tries to keep them out. This is open borders, there’s no other way around it — at the behest of the Biden Administration.

According to Townhall’s Julio Rosas:

While members of the Texas National Guard are augmenting Texas state troopers who have been deployed to the southern border under Operation Lone Star, they do not have the final authority to prevent illegal entry as that job falls under Border Patrol’s jurisdiction. That is not to say the Texas National Guard hasn’t made attempts to stop the flow of illegal crossings, but they are only legally authorized to do so much.

Biden’s Administration will just let everyone in, and then release them to the interior.

Some migrants may be returned to their home countries under Title 42, but the vast majority are allowed into the United States for immigration hearings. These can sometimes take many years. Out of the total 199.976 contacts in July, 74,573 were subject to Title 42 expulsions.

As Gov. Greg Abbott observed.

According to our old understanding of asylum, virtually none of them would be eligible for it. But under Biden, they’re let in, regardless. Abbott must ship all of them to D.C., Joe Biden, until Biden changes his mind.
