Sen. John Kennedy Piles Damning Facts on Biden’s ‘Deeply, Profoundly Stupid’ Energy Policy – Opinion

Joe Biden’s purposely destructive energy policy has been a disaster since this guy’s first day in office, when he killed the Keystone XL Pipeline project. However, that wasn’t the only component of this policy.

These are the following That genius decision, the most inept president in history has continued on his destructive path, ridiculously blaming Big Oil’s “profiteering” — It is wrong — and continuing with Bidenomics, Bldenflation, and the Biden Supply Chain Crisis. The buck-passer in chief first blamed Russia’s Vladimir Putin, then the Republican Party, never accepting a modicum of blame, himself. Also, Biden being Biden.

A person who Has blamed Biden consistently has been Louisiana Republican Sen. John Kennedy, who on Tuesday, took to the Senate floor to blast Biden’s assault on America’s fossil fuel industry, which Kennedy noted is driving up prices in nearly every sector of American industry.

Kennedy smashed Biden so hard! Very difficult.  Like, “Deeply, profoundly stupid” hard.

Here are a few choice excerpts, as transcribed in Sen. Kennedy’s Press Release:

You are deeply, truly stupid. It is my only method of describing one of the biggest mistakes made in an administration that has been known for its bad decisions. I am talking about President Biden’s assault on sustainable, affordable energy.

What seems to be underappreciated, Mr. President, however, is how President Biden’s agenda is driving up the price, not just of oil, but of all kinds of necessities that American and Louisiana families need every day. It’s not just about oil and gas—it’s about everything.

Not only do most goods get to our homes after riding in trucks, and planes, and cars and ships powered by gas or diesel, but a lot of our plastics and other products—if you think about it—they’re also made from petroleum.

Kennedy fights unfairly already here, gang. Kennedy uses facts, history, logic and common sense to win against fearmongering and Democrat emotion. Sen. Kennedy is in poor form; completely unfair.

The truth is, that American ingenuity — and I’m referring to fossil fuels — has made the most out of one of the most versatile resources that the world has ever known. But, the Biden White House is determined to punish us for that innovation — just determined to punish us — by making every single part of the American Dream more expensive.

Amen. Or, put another way: The left must. DisableAll relevant facts, data history logic, and common sense are required for them to win their fearmongering campaigns. The senator from Louisiana continued to spout a litany of damning facts about Joe Biden, and other Democrats.

High oil prices have also been waterboarding farmers, which has led to high food costs. We also make fertilizers with fossil fuels. Natural gas is more expensive than fertilizing wheat, corn, or soybean fields. Some of our herbicides right now are twice as expensive as they were—if farmers can find them.

What does this mean for Louisiana’s rice growers and others? For every extra dime farmers spend on a gallon of diesel—every extra dime—a grower will spend about $4.50 more for an acre of rice, $2.30 more for an acre of cotton, and an extra $1.74 for an acre of corn. Corn growers — I mentioned corn growers — they also depend on nitrogen fertilizer, which we make with methane.

And then corn—I mentioned corn—goes into cereal, goes into sweetened drinks, peanut butter, baby food, ketchup, and salad dressing. You know, I don’t mean to be ugly, but this administration’s energy policy is deeply, profoundly stupid.

No doubt a reference to Biden’s trip to Saudi Arabia to beg the kingdom for oil — purely for politically expedient purposes — Kennedy warned of the danger attached to relying on foreign oil imports.

For the sake of Americans’ economic futures and for the sake of our national security, Mr. President, we cannot continue to rely on foreign oil imports—we can’t—while pretending to run this country using wind, solar and wishful thinking. Because that’s what the president’s new policy is on energy. It’s wind. It’s solar. It’s wishful thinking. Wishful thinking doesn’t fill gas tanks or grocery carts.

It was an acrimonious beating. It was an honorable defeat, however, but it did not stop a U.S. senator from being elected. Burning the President of the United States in a charcoal briquette — on the floor of the U.S. Senate, no less.

Bottom line

Biden’s preplanned, multi-prong assault on American energy has been This is an unheard of featSelf-inflicted attacks on the U.S. Economy as a Whole While designed by Biden’s puppeteers long before his improbable 2020 presidential win — as was Biden’s equally disastrous open border policy — this president has continued to prey on (lie to) decent, hardworking Americans from the outset.

Biden’s joke of promoting electric cars has helped to deflect attention from his energy crisis. A joke that has further angered untold numbers of Americans hurting from Biden’s policies but a joke just the same.

This was the pathetic actions of a puppet that socks and is constantly given cheat sheets from aides to tell him how to stand or sit. This should be a given. zero surpriseTo Anybody that Joe Biden doesn’t not only doesn’t doElectric vehicles, he isDo it in by facts — every time.
