War is hell. Intentionally directing attacks against individual civilians not taking direct part in hostilities is a war crime in violation of the laws of war, according to the Geneva Convention — let alone all that is decent.
The video below proves that Vladimir Putin and the Russian Army are both guilty.
According to TMZ the video shows the moment an alleged Russian Tank destroyed a civilian car. The incident also reportedly killed an elderly couple. According to TMZ the incident took place in Makariv just outside Kyiv.
As the tank approached a corner, it appeared that the tank fired several cannon shots. The first shot was seen ripping through trees. The video appears to have been taken by nearby surveillance cameras and did not appear to pose any threat.

Just seconds after the car stops in an empty spot, the tank fires.
Later, the elderly couple, which appeared to be dead, was filmed close up.

On the “slim chance” skepticism finds its way into the comment section, as was the case on Monday with my article titled ‘Incredible’ Video: Captured Russian Commander Condemns Putin’s ‘Genocide,’ Says Military Was Duped,Reporting is my job, but readers can draw their own conclusions.
However, the truth is that war crimes are still war crimes. And brutal Russian aggression remains brutal Russian aggression. There is no way to change the reality of Russia and Ukraine’s complex relationship.
