Pelosi Caught Without Mask at Swingers Bar in D.C. With Rep. Yvette Clarke – Opinion

Now, before you lose your mind over the title and the thought of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) at a swinger’s bar, let me explain. Swingers was the name of her bar.

The reason they call it Swingers is because, in addition to fancy cocktails and high-end street food, they have an adults-only mini-golf course or “crazy golf club,” as they call themselves. Pelosi will fit in well at the club, as you’re encouraged to have a drink.

Pelosi was at the bar with her arm around Rep. Yvette Clarke (D-NY), neither were wearing masks despite the city mandate to wear masks indoors in public businesses like bars and restaurants that is still in effect in Washington, D.C., and despite Pelosi’s constant promotion of mask-wearing.

Isn’t Pelosi the one always screaming “science, science, science” and pushing masks?

But here she was, blowing off the city mandate because rules just don’t apply to her. Clarke and she appear to have been speaking to a group, and all those listening were also violating the mask requirements. Pelosi was not actively eating or drinking, so she couldn’t even pull out that excuse.

Now, I’m all in for the foregoing masks. But then don’t be a huge hypocrite while you’re trying to impose it on other people.

Pelosi has been fining Republicans, like Marjorie Taylor Greene (Republican from Georgia), thousands of dollars because they don’t wear masks inside the House. Greene sued Pelosi over the fines, calling it unconstitutional. Greene claims that the fines she received were unconstitutional at her last report. totaled more than $60,000. We reported in July that the House threatened people with arrest for wearing masks. The Senate does not have any mask requirements.

Pelosi is not the first to ignore COVID mandate regulations. Recently, she was found not wearing a mask in San Francisco at the Getty Wedding. The City Hall wedding she officiated was also performed without a mask. This is a common practice in California, where students are required to wear masks for long periods of time at school.

But it’s typical Pelosi — do as I say, not as I do. These rules are for you but not me.
