“All the news that’s fit to print.”
That’s the motto of the once-vaunted “Grey Lady,” The New York Times. Oh, the times! A more appropriate motto today might be: “All the crap that’s fit to spew.” This report serves as ample evidence.

New Years Day editorial titled January 6 is EverydayThe NYT’s self-absorbed editorial board is no doubt self-absorbed.Described as “a group of opinion journalists whose views are informed by expertise, research, debate, and certain longstanding values” [ROFL emoji]The delusional piece began with this absurd paragraph. [Bracketed content, 100 percent yours truly.]
A year on from the smoke, broken glass and bloodshed of that terrible day [the indiscriminant shooting death of Ashli Babbit by a Capitol police officer?]Sometimes it’s tempting to think back.
[Wait — is this about Jan. 6 or night after night, week after week, month after month violent George Floyd rioting, AKA: “peaceful protests”?]
To imagine that what happened on Jan. 6, 2021 — a deadly riot at the seat of American government, incited by a defeated president amid a last-ditch effort to thwart the transfer of power to his successor — was horrifying [oh, please]However, it is over now and the nation has moved on.
Next This is absurd! The Trump presidency described:
This is understandable. Four years of incompetence and chaos culminated in the pandemic of January 6, and the unimaginable trauma of Sept. 6. The Americans now crave peace and tranquility.
“Chaos, cruelty, and incompetence.”
How chaotic! Are Black Lives Mattering and Antifa Rioting in America? And, cruelty? Whom? And inflicted Whom? And the ridiculous reference to the pandemic, given the pathetic response to COVID-19 by Joe “Winter of Severe Illness and Death” Biden and Anthony “I Am Science” Fauci, which has already resulted in more virus-related deaths than occurred during the Trump administration?
The board suggested that while the “peace and quiet” yearned for by most Americans has existed “on the surface,” if we “peel back a layer,” things are “far from normal.” True. However, this would involve removing layers of the. Biden administration and the woefully inept president’s complete capitulation to the far-left.
An op ed published Dec. 30 entitled Why Nancy Pelosi Just Can’t Quit Jan. 6In my opinion, the TDS-ridden Speaker continues to hold on to Capitol affairs in an apparent attempt to distract attention from the disasterous Biden presidency. But there is more at play with this NYT op-ed; the continuing and concerted effort by the left-wing media to ensure that the majority of Americans remember the maniacal evil embodied in the Devil’s spawn — AKA: Donald Trump — and his mindless flying monkeys, who are ready, willing, and able to do his bidding at the drop of a red MAGA hat.
The Democrats and media are laughing out loud at this absurdity. Trump and his supporters continue to speak out against their plans to end America the way they know.
This is where the delusion really begins. The following drivel is best viewed with an objective eye.
It is regular citizens who threaten election officials and other public servants, who ask, “When can we use the guns?” and who vow to murder politicians who dare to vote their conscience. Republican lawmakers are working to prevent people from voting, and to make it more difficult for them to subvert the will of those who do vote.
It is Donald Trump who continues to stoke the flames of conflict with his rampant lies and limitless resentments and whose twisted version of reality still dominates one of the nation’s two major political parties.
One question: Have these ivory tower elitists ever been to Chicago’s Southside, where blood runs in the streets on a nightly basis? South Los Angeles? East St. Louis Tioga-Nicetown, Philadelphia It’s a long list. IPlease read the following: not playing “whataboutism,” here. I amThe suggestion that this NYT editorial Board op-ed may be hyperbolic is delusional. It’s the moral equivalent to focusing only on one bruise, while overlooking the grave cancer threat that threatens America.
“In short,” sums up the NYT editorial board geniuses, America continues to face an existential threat from Trump supporters.
[We face]A movement that is openly hostile to democracy and ready to resort to violence in order to attain its goals poses a serious threat to our existence. This threat is not acceptable in a self-governing society.
It is impossible for a self-governing society to survive such a danger by denigrating its existence. The survival of a society depends not on its ability to look back but also forward.
“Openly contemptuous of democracy.” Yeah, wrong party, guys.
We face “an existential threat from a movement openly contemptuous of democracy and willing to use violence to achieve its ends. No self-governing society can survive such a threat by denying that it exists.”https://t.co/ZozSbOxQB1

If the Democrat PartyWhen it is unsuccessful in gaining its desired results, the initial instinct of its brain is to Cheat. (See: Opposition to voter ID laws and support for lax mail in ballot laws. Continued massive influx of illegal immigrants, etc. When cheating doesn’t get the job done, Democrats try to change the rules. (See: packing the Supreme Court, adding two states to the Union, suggesting that Biden implement the currently-failed “Build Back Better” socialist monstrosity via executive order, et al.)
The real horror of it all? Members of the NYT editorial boards are not dumb. Are they oblivious to their mistakes? Yes. However, it is not so stupid. The point is they — and all Democrat elitists — are fully aware of the above.
And why wouldn’t they be? This has been their M.O. It has been the M.O. of the Democrat Party since six decades.
