Much as the liberal media might celebrate the conviction of Kyle Rittenhouse — someone, as our Curtis Houck has documented, they have tried to brand as a white-supremacist vigilante — the MSM is grudgingly having to admit that conviction could be unlikely.
This Wednesday’s report was made by Morning JoeIt was suggested that Rittenhouse’s trial in the criminal case was “implicit.”Failure“
Thursday on CNN, co-host John Berman claimed that the judge in his trial was “bonkers”, but this claim was refuted and rebutted by an expert.According to him, the judge was correct in his actions. Joey Jackson, the defense attorney, stated that Jackson was an expert in this area. Rittenhouse’s testimony, however, was “excellent.”He had also told us that. He helped him “very much.”
Friday, now back Morning Joe, Scarborough and former prosecutor Charles Coleman used the same term—”Uphill fight“—to portray the prosecution’s predicament.
Coleman claimed thatThe defense must feel “feeling quite good”. Going to closing arguments. Scarborough concluded the sad news by declaring that all those who called for Rittenhouse’s conviction were doomed. Things are going to be “extraordinaryly difficult for the prosecution.”
Claire McCaskill (ex-Sen.) was the one remaining defender of Rittenhouse. ButBoth the facts and law were misrepresented by the Democrat.
Concerning the law, McCaskill said that when Scarborough claimed that the prosecution had charged the case too high, McCaskill added that the lesser charges would be included automatically. This is contrary to Wisconsin law.
Lower charges apply Not Included automatically. To allow the jury to review lesser charges, the prosecution must ask permission. The judge can either grant or deny this request. Although the Rittenhouse prosecution submitted such a request to the judge, he has yet to rule on it.
Let’s get to the factsMcCaskill stated that there was “certainly substantial evidence” that Rittenhouse intended to kill someone.“
Actually, This evidence has not been presented.Coleman was the former prosecutor. Rittenhouse was seen to have “appropriate regard for human lives” prior the shootings.
If Rittenhouse gets acquitted, expect liberal gnashing of teeth that rivals the one on Election Night when Republican Glenn Youngkin defeated Democrat Terry McAuliffe to win the Virginia governorship.
On Morning Joe, former prosecutor Charles Coleman, and Joe Scarborough admitting that the prosecution is facing an “uphill battle” in attempting to convict Kyle Rittenhouse was sponsored in part by Tylenol, Amazon, Ameriprise, and Comcast.

. .
CHARLES COLEMAN If I am the defense in this case, then I feel pretty good about going into it. [closing arguments]Because they only need one juror to influence them, which I believe they have in this particular case.
. .
Every step and minute taken by Kyle Rittenhouse before they confronted him, will be brought up by the defense. It was clear that he cared about human life and was acting accordinglyThey believe that it was self-defense. That’s it. The uphill struggle that the prosecution will have to face.
. .
SCARBOROUGH: If you were Given the facts we have. Which charges would you bring? What challenges might you have faced? Do you believe it has been a difficult case for prosecution from the beginning?
. .
CLAIRE MCCASKILL – What? Remember to always be mindful When you include other charges in your homicide case charge
It all comes down to your state of mind. It doesn’t matter if it was done intentionally or recklessly. Or negligently. So, while I doubt the prosecutor has mischarged this case, he will have the opportunity to present any state of mind that he believes is strongest. There’s no harm in arguing. It is certain that there are substantial signs that he intended to kill someone. He was seen walking the streets in his military-style weaponry.
. .SCARBOROUGH. So Claire, when you see the murder charges. You can see the details in each case. The defense effectively summoned witnesses to support the suggestion that Rittenhouse had been charged with a crime. He felt or looked like that. That is it. it will be extremely difficult for the prosecution.
