We reported Monday on the completely unacceptable answers from White House press secretary Jen Psaki in response to questions from Fox News reporter Peter Doocy where he asked if President Biden, Psaki, and everyone else in the Biden administration who smeared border patrol agents last fall over the false “whipping migrants” story were prepared to issue apologies now that the agents had reportedly been cleared of criminal wrongdoing.
Psaki’s reply was to snidely dodge and weave all over the place, essentially “no commenting” the story ostensibly on grounds that the results of the CBP’s recently concluded internal probe have yet to be released on whether or not the agents, who remain on desk duty, broke any departmental policies. As readers will recall, Biden was among the worst offenders in stoking the outrage at the time, infamously corrupting the investigation before it even started by declaring the agents who had allegedly “strapped” the migrants as guilty and vowing they “will pay,” while Vice President Harris disgustingly likened the agents to southern Civil War-era plantation owners and slaveholders.
Psaki disturbingly insinuated that the facts in the case, which was largely debunked very early on by the photographer who took the infamous pictures, didn’t matter.
It was remembering how Team Biden had no qualms about passing judgment before the investigation even began that prompted independent journalist Megyn Kelly to rip the Biden administration in two in response to Psaki’s remarks, noting the White House couldn’t and shouldn’t have it both ways.

Further, they might be able to provide instant knee-jerk reactions on this overhyped story Before all the facts were known, why can’t they now that there It has beenAn extensive investigation that cleared Customs and Border Protection agents from any criminal wrongdoing.
Simply put, the White House f—ed up in September and now they want to pretend they were always only interested in the actual facts of the case and don’t want to influence the outcome of the recently completed internal probe. You are kidding me!
They deliberately reacted the way they did at the time to score “woke” political points. And now that their “case” – which was based on deceptive “reporting” and a dishonest left-wing activist blowing the story up on Twitter – has completely fallen apart, they’re donning their “neutral” hats out of supposed respect for letting the process play out.
It’s horse crap, and my hope is that Doocy or one of the other reporters in the White House press corps pressing Psaki and/or Biden every day on this issue until someone finally gives an actual answer. It was because dedicated agents put their lives at risk every day. They were mistreated by an administration that only wants to appease the outrage mobs of leftists who have no regard for actual facts. They shouldn’t be allowed to get away with it in the court of public opinion now, and especially when it comes to election time.
