A man has been arrested outside Justice Brett Kavanaugh’s home. A man with a gun was arrested and he told police that he was trying to kill Justice Brett Kavanaugh.
That’s according to Karol Markowicz, who broke the story, which is now being reported by other outlets, including The Washington Post.
It is confirmed that the 26-year old, white man arrested outside Brett Kavanaugh’s residence last night was a Californian driver’s licence holder. Seattle, where he lived previously.

Other information suggests that the man was picked up before actually getting to Kavanaugh’s house, though details are sketchy. What we do know is that he’s from California, and what we can speculate with essentially 100% accuracy is that this has to do with Kavanaugh’s leanings on the court.
According to sources familiar with the investigation, the assassin mentioned Roe v. Wade’s leaked draft as the reason he wanted.
The individual was described as being in his mid-20s and carrying at most one gun, along with burglary tools.

The man had a weapon but also burglary tools, which suggests this wasn’t just some crazy person walking around running his mouth. Apparently, he had a plan to enter Kavanaugh’s home to kill him, and law enforcement intervened before the plot was carried out.
A side note: This is the reason you enforce laws regarding protesting in public places other than the domiciles of judges. The DOJ has so far refused to comply. This leads to situations like these.
