Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling may have her misguided opinions about wokeness but one thing she’s not wrong about is her position on gender being absolute. It’s a position that’s earned her the ire of the woke crowd, but she doesn’t seem to care much, which is the correct way to feel about the mob.
Recently, Rowling incited anger over calling out Scottish police for allowing men who rape women to claim they’re female if they decide to identify as transgender.
“Police Scotland said that they would log rapes as being carried out by a woman if the accused person insists, even if they have not legally changed gender,” reads an article from The Times.
Rowling linked to the article, and added some 1984 newspeak.
“War is Peace. Freedom is slavery. It is not easy to be ignorant. The Penised Individual Who Raped You Is a Woman,” she tweeted.
Peace is not war
Slavery is freedom
You can’t ignore your strength.

Protection of their rapists has been added to the erasure and treatment of female rapists. It’s yet unclear how this would affect sentencing, including whether or not they would be sent to women’s or men’s prisons, but by the sounds of it, Scotland seems fully ready to send these dangerous men to women’s prisons where they can continue to be an ever-present sexual threat.
Many people in western countries believe it is necessary to ignore reality to protect the feelings of small groups. However, this practice opens the doors for the most egregious offenders to continue to be offended. Although people may pretend otherwise, women and men are distinct entities. As a rule of thumb, women tend to be stronger than men. Sending a known predator into women’s spaces is protecting feelings while removing protection from those who actually need it.
As The Scottish Sun reveals, authorities in Scotland are ready and willing to give whatever gender identity they choose to anyone, regardless of their sexual orientation.
“The sex/gender identification of individuals who come into contact with the police will be based on how they present or how they self-declare, which is consistent with the values of the organization,” Detective Superintendent Fil Capaldi said. “Police Scotland requires no evidence or certification as proof of biological sex or gender identity other than a person’s self-declaration, unless it is pertinent to any investigation with which they are linked.”
People can get mad at Rowling all they want to (and they did judging by the reaction to this tweet) but out of all the people giving her grief, she’s one of the few people on the big stage that is actually protecting women while everyone else calls themselves feminists and pats themselves on the back for believing in women’s rights.
They don’t in reality, but Rowling does, and it starts with acknowledging reality.
Rowling, an author fantasy novels, is interesting twist.
