I Tested Positive for COVID; Here Are My Thoughts – Opinion

My throat felt scratchy last Friday morning. The symptoms started the day prior, although I assumed it was a common cold. My muscles and joints began to ache as the day went on. Later I started to cough. My body was feeling shivered and it became difficult to breathe. I felt a deeper fatigue creeping into my system. My thoughts began to cloud over.

That was when I made the decision to do a test. As a pregnant woman, I decided to wait 30 minutes before taking the test. The second line appeared on the test and it was obvious that I was right.

I got the ‘rona, y’all.

It wasn’t too much of a surprise. Despite having been double vaxxed last year, I knew the Omicron variant was still infecting folks — regardless of whether they rolled their sleeves up or not. But now, about eight days later, I’m on the mend. I’m still feeling weak and exhausted, but the chills and aches have stopped, and I am no longer coughing. I have noticed a significant improvement in my breathing. I’m not back to 100 percent yet – that might take another week or so – but I think I’m out of the worst of it.

But going through the process got me thinking about something I’d been stewing on since I listened to Dr. Peter McCollough on Joe Rogan’s podcast. Yes, I know that is forbidden knowledge as far as the left is concerned – but who the hell cares what they and Neil Young think?

I’ve been contemplating the entire course of the COVID pandemic since it came to prominence early in 2020. The vaccine we love and know was created near the close of 2020. It was then that the White House and Democratic politicians and their friends in activist media tried hard to convince, coerce and coerce Americans into taking the shot.

The COVID regime brooked no dissent – they dismissed any talk of alternative treatment. Former President Donald Trump even mentioned the possibility of hydroxychloroquine being used for the treatment. The left took a deep breath and claimed he was actually causing people to die. Some even claimed that Trump suggested Americans pull Clorox from their laundry room, inject it with a needle to eliminate the disease.

His team proposed a plan for 75 percent of Americans, starting with President Joe Biden’s inauguration. It would require at least one dose by July 4, 2021. It failed, as in every previous situation, and was then blamed for its failure to achieve its goals.

The White House did not emphasize early treatment options and did not push vaccines. The Biden administration, along with the activist media mocked anyone questioning vaccines and exploring other treatments options such as monoclonal antibody. As of now, the White House is limiting the supply of these treatments — even without evidence that they are ineffective against the Omicron variant. The left tried to create the impression that large numbers of Americans went to hospitals to get horse dewormer after Ivermectin proved promising.

However, Wall Street JournalA study has shown that this drug could be used to relieve the symptoms of COVID-19

Ivermectin combats 21 viruses, including SARS CoV-2. According to an Antiviral Research study, a single dose of Ivermectin reduced SARS-CoV-2 viral loads in cells by 99.8% and 99.98% respectively in just 24 hours.

Ivermectin is currently being tested in 70 clinical studies. There is strong statistical evidence that Ivermectin works well for treating and even preventing Covid-19.

When the president cut off the supply of monoclonal antibody treatments to Florida, the state’s Surgeon General, Dr. Joseph Ladapo, was not happy.

“In our field of medicine, when someone comes to you seeking a treatment that could save their life, it is essential to have treatment options to ensure health care providers can make the best decisions for their patients.

Unfortunately, the Federal Government failed to provide adequate treatment options for COVID-19 in America. Now, they are scrambling to cover up a failure to deliver on a promise to ‘shut down the virus.’”

Problem is, the Biden administration seems more interested in getting people vaccinated then saving lives. The president and his staff would be more concerned about saving lives if they were. AllPotential solutions are on the table. It is difficult for more people not to get the jab because they are so focused on the vaccine.

While they’re trying to rally support for Joe Rogan’s firing, the left deliberately distracts from the topic. They don’t want us thinking more deeply about what was said on his show. They want to prevent us asking a crucial question. How many people died due to not having access to timely treatment options? It would be a great way to save more lives if both the White House and activists gave equal access to early treatment methods, as well as the vaccination.

It is possible that we will never know the answer to this question.

The left wants us to ignore it even more.

They believed it was more beneficial to let the unvaccinated die than to give treatment to those infected. Many people, including myself, were infected even though they had been vaccinated. It made more sense to use the issue as a political cudgel to be used against people who so much as whispered a suggestion that — perhaps — other methods than the vaccine could be employed against the virus.

It won’t be too much longer before I am back to 100 percent. I’m able to say for myself that this was due to Ivermectin, and other supplements I received from a doctor. Monoclonal antibodies and similar treatments were not required for me. But others might be in a more precarious situation, all because some didn’t like the idea of people making their own medical decisions.

It is important to remember what the government accomplished with the aid of activists media, as we transition into post-COVID times. The problem was not in recommending a vaccine. They tried to stop Americans from exploring other options to combat the virus. This was when the problem began. They could get worse if they go that far. Maybe it’s best not to allow them to force us to discover.
