ABC Los Angeles reports that homicides reached their peak in 2022 in the first half, when 181 victims were reported to have been killed.
As crime continues to be a major political problem, it is still a very hot topic. Many people in major cities attribute the rise to crime policies like George Gascon from Los Angeles and Chesa Boudin (ex-San Fransico District Attorney).
RedState’s Tuesday report revealed that Gascon recently faced backlash from some for trying to repeal the death sentences of some convict criminals.
