Congressional Democrats Change Direction and Blame President Trump for Moving Too Fast on COVID. What’s up With That? – Opinion

Trump instructed the federal government to launch Operation Warp Speed, a national effort against the new man-made viruses and an inept bureaucracy bent on power grabs. Federal agencies had to utilize all possible means to quickly produce a vaccine to combat the Wuhan virus commonly known as COVID. Operation Warp Speed announced its launch on May 15, 2020. The COVID vaccine was administered to the COVID-infected patients who were not enrolled in clinical trials by December 14.

It is possible to argue whether or not it was a positive thing. What isn’t open to debate is that Democrats like Joe Biden praised President Trump for his actions. Public health experts have also credited early introductions of COVID vaccine for decreasing the virus’ lethality and preventing its spread. They began calling COVID a “pandemic of the unvaccinated.” I’m not going to examine the factual basis of those claims because their truth or falsity is immaterial to the volume used to thunder those declarations at us.

It was therefore somewhat strange that Politico featured a Politico story today entitled Trump White House put pressure on FDA to approve Covid-19 emergency authorizations, House Report finds.

Trump’s administration put pressure on the Food and Drug Administration. Former FDA Commissioner Stephen Hahn was also included. to authorize unproven treatments for Covid-19 and the first Covid-19 vaccines on an accelerated timeline, according to a report released Wednesday by Democrats in the House Select Subcommittee of the Coronavirus Crisis.

This flies in the face of the standard Democrat narrative that holds President Trump was that he was too slow to react to the danger. While the hydroxychloroquine and Ivermectin controversies have a starring role in this latest attempt at character assassination, there is a total failure to address the bullsh** treatments foisted upon unwitting patients by the medical community or the deliberate sabotaging of effective community-based monoclonal antibody programs (FDA Pulls Emergency Use Authorization for Drugs Used in Florida’s COVID Clinics Because No One Can Tell Them No) by the Biden White House.

We may wonder what the reason is.

To begin with, it should not be considered as an attempt to undermine President Trump’s chances of winning reelection. The January 6 Committee and the politically driven, if not outright illegal, investigation of “secret documents” by the Garland Justice Department are two other such efforts. I’m sure more will appear before the 2024 primary season starts in earnest.

The link between unexplained myocarditis or sudden death, the COVID vaccination and long-term effects of the mRNA vaccines is more well known than it has been publicly disclosed. The final point is that this report, as it stands, lays blame on Trump for pushing for a vaccination for political purposes rather than examining how the vaccine was affected by the coercive policies.

If I’m right, there will be an avalanche in adverse events and side effects over the coming months. Trump will bear the brunt of the blame, while the Democrat megadonors to the pharmaceutical industry won’t be hurt.
