Imagine someone holding the highest office in our country, but not feeling embarrassed to go overseas.
It’s like when you have that old uncle who comes to the family functions who you know is going to say something that is just going to be awful. That’s Joe Biden. Except that it’s a continual festival of failure and gaffes. We noticed that Joe Biden was having so much trouble, he reached out to shake hands with nobody and was eventually helped by the Israeli president to get to his place.
Biden maintained the Obama-era tradition of publicly declaring support for Israel. He then did a variety of things in order to put them under the bus, and to help the pro-Palestinian radical Left. Multiple gaffes were committed that infuriated Israel as well as other allies.
It’s the practice that when you’re in a foreign country you fly the American flag and the flag of the other country on your car. But when he went into East Jerusalem, he removed the Israeli flag when he went to visit a Palestinian hospital — presumably to not offend the Palestinians — but offending the Israelis in the process, as the Jerusalem Post observes. The removal would appear to undermine Israel’s sovereignty in the area.

Then, at the hospital, Biden pledged $100 million to Palestinian hospitals, pouring out more of our money for other countries, not our country’s needs. You have to wonder, though, if the money will also be used to support Palestinians in their fight against Israel.
But when he went to Augusta Victoria Hospital, that created another problem, because the hospital wouldn’t allow any Israeli officials in.
There has been much wrangling behind the scenes over whether the U.S. government would allow Israeli officials into the hospital. The Lutheran World Federated Department for World Service runs the facility. After the 1948-1949 War of Independence, the UN Relief and Works Agency was established to provide care for Palestinian refugees.
Although this was not an entirely new policy at the hospital, the Biden team did it anyway and caused controversy. Some “Israelis were furious,” according to Haaretz.
Biden made a sexist attack on Israel and Britain in one statement. He also compared his Irish Catholic ancestors’ to the Palestinians.

“[T]he background of my family is Irish American,” Biden said. “And we have a long history not fundamentally unlike the Palestinian people, with Great Britain and their attitude toward Irish Catholics over the years for 400 years.”
Not a good look and that’s not going to go over well with either country.
Also, there was that whole shaking hands thing. Before he landed in Israel, we were told he wouldn’t be shaking hands because of concern about COVID.
CNN: Biden either disregarded or forgot about his no-handshake policy — which was allegedly out of concern for COVID — raising questions “about whether this was really intended to minimize the possibility of him shaking hands with the crown prince of Saudi Arabia.” pic.twitter.com/0YC2olNOhM

After landing, he started to do fist bumps (but also got very close to people and began touching them in many other ways). It all seemed ridiculous. He then shook hands and hugged Benjamin Netanyahu, the former Prime Minister.
Biden, however, was already greeting Mahmoud Abdulaas. This admonition seemed to have gone.
Is it the same thing as shaking hands and fist bumping? https://t.co/dBjlBQvYZ2

How confused is this latest Biden “policy” and if he doesn’t shake hands now with the Saudi leader, how’s he going to explain this, given his other actions?
I don’t think we can let him go overseas anymore, it’s just too costly to our prestige and our national security.
