America is losing its grip on Woke politics. Social justice has seen its peak in terms of social influence and power. Americans are beginning to turn their backs towards the perpetually outraged, both at the polls and on the streets.
For decades, social justice advocates slow-played their hand but as it’s becoming more and more clear that the concern for marginalized groups was really just a grift meant to increase the political power of Democrats. Democrats began to panic as the growing rift was more evident and worsened, and they started repeating the claim that America is racist, sexist and homophobic.
For instance, we now have the left referring to a black woman who beat them as a “white supremacist.”
While the influence of woke culture is definitely on the decline, it’s by no means defeated. It’s still the lens through which mainstream culture sees itself in the west. To be acceptable to mainstream audiences, major media outlets, films, and others must meet certain standards of consciousness. The pockets of sanity where political correctness is tossed to the side and honest conversation or art can shine through are growing but they’re still islands in a sea of nonsense.
However, these islands have grown to be large enough that we can see the differences between them and those who caused so much pain for tastemakers. At this point, they’ve swapped from going on the offensive to being on the defensive as more and more questions arise.
Bonchie, my colleague, pointed out that Alexandria Ocasio Cortez of New York is already trying frame the anti-woke movement in a pure right-wing, old-fashioned, and racist way.
“Woke” is a term pundits are now using as a derogatory euphemism for civil rights & justice.
Making up a “woke” problem results in putting civil & voting rights on the backburner. In a year state legislatures are planning out GOP majorities & voter suppression, that’s dangerous

It is false, particularly if one looks at who are the anti-wokenest people in society right now. Yes, you have Steven Crowder or Ben Shapiro, but they are easily dismissed by anyone who doesn’t follow politics closely enough.
What’s hard to ignore is the increasing level of celebrities and athletes who are openly turning against it. It’s much harder to shrug off the likes of Dave Chappell and Ricky Gervais. Twitter may try to turn their hate upon Aaron Rodgers, but he’s already got a deep fandom that is listening to him and hearing the points he’s making.
Rodgers, Gervais and Chappell are not right-wingers and they have too much influence in their respective groups to cancel. What’s more, woke culture is demanding that people take sides and they’re choosing these men.
You can be sure that this trend will only get worse. As woke cultures attempt to eliminate them, more people are going to reject the concept of woke cultural. The first time that actual oppression has been seen in long time will see real unity.
At this point, those who support this oppression will reveal themselves as they attempt to hold onto the power they’ve accumulated using false attacks, guilt, and intimidation. Take note of those who tell you that the shrinking of woke culture is “dangerous” and ask to whom it’s actually dangerous.
As more women, minorities, and LGBT people begin rejecting wokeness, it’ll be clear that the only people it’s dangerous to are those who utilize social justice to grift their way into wealth and power. It’s only dangerous to the cowards that preemptively caved to it.
This group will fight for it. We should pay attention to who these people are and their motivations. Who are they attempting to grift and where is the money they’re accumulating as a result of their grifting going? Their work is truly beneficial to who?
The paper trail is always left by a huckster. We just need to open our eyes and see it. These trails will get easier as social justice blinders are gradually removed.
