Video Game Company Co-Owner Jack Dunlop Cries ‘Not Proud to Be an American’ After Abortion Ruling

After the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision to reverse the pro-abortion 49-year-old ruling, the co-owner of a large gaming company lost all his sense of self. Roe v. Wade ruling.

100 Thieves co-owner and YouTube streamer Jack ‘CouRage’ Dunlop cried on Twitter after the Dobbs V. Jackson Women’s Health Organization court decision released Friday found that “[t]he Constitution does not confer a right to abortion.” Dunlop responded by smearing his U.S. citizenship: “I’m currently not proud to be an American. Women no longer have body autonomy.” Dunlop currently enjoys social media stardom, replete with over 1.9 million Twitter followers and 3.7 million YouTube subscribers.

Dunlop started to defy himself by falsely asserting that lack of gun control regulations had led to mass child slaughters. “Children are slaughtered in schools due to outdated gun laws and lack of mental health support,” he tweeted. “Millions of Americans can’t afford basic medication and healthcare due to obscene costs. Disgusting.”

Dunlop cannot have known that. Roe, “[o]Ver 60 Million Preborn [children] have been killed by elective abortion,” according to an article published by the National Institutes of Health’s National Library of Medicine.

Many others in the game industry made petty conniptions about the SCOTUS ruling. Twitch personality Ali ‘Myth’ Kabbani, who has over 7.4 million followers on the platform, railed how “[t]his is a tragic f****** ‘L’ for America, once again” during a recent livestream, putting an inflated silence between the words “a” and “tragic.”

“The Supreme Court can go f*** itself,” Super Meat Boy game developer Team Meat screechedIn a Tweet thread. “This isn’t about ‘life’ at all, people with uteruses are going to die getting unsafe, illegal  procedures. It’s terrifying and this will go down as a dark day in American history.”

Bungie CEO Pete Parsons tweeted out an article June 26 citing Team Meat’s comments headlined: “‘The Supreme Court Can Go F*ck Itself”, How The Games Industry Is Responding To Roe V. Wade.”

“This is a difficult day for our country,” Parsons tweeted June 24. “Good people will be hurt by this decision. Bungie will do whatever we can to protect our people and ensure they can live happy, healthy lives.”
