a bombshell report from The Daily Wire Tuesday, reporter Luke Rosiak exposed how the controversial school board overseeing the public schools in Loudoun County, Virginia allegedly covered up the rape of a 14-year-old girl in the girls’ bathroom at the hands of a boy in a skirt just so they could pass a transgender bathroom policy. The shocking story quickly reached national attention and was not covered by any broadcast network or liberal cable stations.
As NewsBusters has previously reported, ABC’s World News Tonight CBS Evening NewsAnd NBC Nightly News all spent time decrying Texas Governor Greg Abbott’s executive order banning vaccine mandates.
Fortunately, Fox News Channel’s Tucker Carlson gave the story the airtime it deserved and interviewed Rosiak to get more details. Laura Ingraham also spoke later that night with Scott Smith (the father of the victim). For bringing up the story of his daughter, he was beat and taken to school board meetings.
“A boy allegedly wearing a skirt apparently which is of the girl’s bathroom and sexually assaulted this girl. The boy was arrested for forcible sodomy, and the accounts are horrifying,” Carlson announced at the top of the segment. “This month, the boy was arrested again for allegedly assaulting a different girl at a different school.”
Carlson also wanted to bring viewers’ attention to the fact the school board did this to pass a transgender bathroom policy:
The men that wanted to report his girl’s sexual assault in a male-only bathroom were also reporting it to the police. At the exact same time, the same school district had a policy that students could identify as “transgender”, and students would be allowed to use whatever bathroom they choose.
“Yes, this story is one of the most disturbing I’ve ever worked on. It raises the possibility that the Loudoun County Public Schools covered up the rape of a 14-year-old girl at the hands of a boy wearing a skirt, in order to pass a school policy that Democrats were adamant about passing,” Rosiak told him. “And as a result of concealing that, a second girl was raped last week.”
Adding: “And to prevent all of this from coming out, potentially, they arrest of the father of the victim, tried to put him in jail, and he’s now the face of domestic terrorism, listed individually by the National School Boards Association. All for coming to that meeting.”
Interview by The Ingraham Angle, Smith explained that he wasn’t a political person and he had gone to the school board meeting “to find out why our children weren’t safe.” And in recounting his experience, he recalled how radical liberal activist claimed what happened to his daughter didn’t really happen. Even the school board tried to discredit his story by citing no evidence and calling it a “red herring.”
“No, they were tuning us all out. They looked away. They were reading magazines,” he said of the school board’s lack of interest in the outrage from the parents, even scolding them when they clapped or booed.
And to add even more disturbing details to the story, Smith explained how he was misled about how the boy who assaulted his daughter was being monitored and was told to “stay quiet” about the case. Meanwhile, the attacker was allowed to rape again (Click “expand”):
In fact, this is the same sexual predator who assaulted my child. According to the prosecution, the sexual predator was under house arrest and wearing an ankle monitor. We didn’t know that the victim would be allowed back at school until the court sessions had been completed.
You can’t be proven innocent until you prove yourself guilty. This is what I get. We must protect all at once.
I was told by everyone, my attorneys, the prosecuting attorney, friends of the family, people I don’t even know, that if I wanted justice for my daughter, that I needed to keep my mouth quiet and not speak out because in order to get justice for my daughter – which is the most important thing to me, of course – was to not come out and let justice prevail.
Smith concluded with his thoughts on the Department of Justice and the National School Boards Association labeling him a “domestic terrorist”: “That’s really scary that our government is going to weaponize theirself [sic] against parents, and they’re using my video across the nation to spread fear. This is wrong. I’m not a bully. I’m not racist. I love everyone. This country is my home. And I want better stuff for it.”

Fox News Channel’s Tucker Carlson Tonight
October 12, 2021
TUCKER CARSON: In May, Stone Bridge High School, Loudoun County in Virginia, reported that a girl in ninth grade was sexually assaulted. A boy allegedly wearing a skirt apparently which is of the girl’s bathroom and sexually assaulted this girl. He was charged with forcible sexual activity. The accounts of the boy are shocking.
The boy was again arrested for the alleged assault of another girl at school this month. Scott Ziegler (the superintendent of Loudoun County Schools) stated that there was no evidence of the assault at the school.
CARLSON: Scott Smith was the father of the girl who was apparently assaulted at school’s bathroom. He was at a school board meeting in order to tell the story of his daughter and to demand that accountability be taken. However, he was arrested before he could continue to speak.
CARLSON: It is important to remember that the boys who tried to report his child’s sexual assault in a public bathroom were also reporting that the school district had a policy that students could identify as “transgender”. Students would be allowed to use whatever bathroom they like.
CARLSON – Luke Rosiak, a reporter with The Daily Wire. This was his first story and we are happy to welcome him back tonight. Luke, many thanks for being here. Did we correctly characterize the story? Do you believe that is what happened?
LUKE ROSIAK (Yes, it is. It’s one of my most troubling stories. The possibility is that Loudoun County Public Schools covered the rape and sex of a fourteen-year-old girl by using a boy dressed in a skirt. This was to allow them to adopt a policy which Democrats were determined about. Last week saw a second victim, and it was revealed that the school had covered up this incident.
And to prevent all of this from coming out, potentially, they arrest of the father of the victim, tried to put him in jail, and he’s now the face of domestic terrorism, listed individually by the National School Boards Association. Thanks for your attendance at that meeting.
He didn’t come to that meeting because he a bigot. People thought they were familiar with that man and pulled out their pictures, including one of his humiliating photos, showing his stomach open, bloody face, and embarrassing photo. Although they all believed they knew him well, they didn’t know much about him. The father was caring and was involved in the tragic events that befell his child. If they had listened to him for just 30 seconds they might have felt heartbroken.
Instead of demeaning him they took him into custody and attempted to get him jailed.
CARLSON: He was a working-class white man who deserved it.
