After the third mass shooting attack in Tel Aviv, Israel in the past week in which eleven people were killed by a Palestinian, NBC Nightly NewsThe story was not covered by ABC. ABC News was the one that reported on this story. World News Tonight, CBS Evening NewsFox News and. Special ReportReporting on the attacks was possible, however, I wasn’t able to do so.
NBC was able to focus on Queen Elizabeth’s tribute and the weather, but they couldn’t resist covering the terrorist attack by a Palestinian terrorist against innocent Israelis. Anchor David Muir of ABC reported the attack:
The terror at Tel Aviv is something we are learning about. A terrorist attack on a Tel Aviv suburb. This is the third terrorist attack on Israel within a single week. A amateur video that was broadcast on Israeli television shows a black man shooting at pedestrians with an assault rifle. Before police arrived, five people had been shot to death. After the attack, police killed the terrorist. One of the victims was an Israeli officer in police. According to reports, the gunman was a Palestinian who lived in West Bank.
CBS anchor Norah O’Donnell reported on the circumstances. Officials say that at least four Israeli citizens were shot dead by a gunman in an ultraorthodox town just east of Tel Aviv.
