The United States’ founding principle was to have the same laws apply equally to all citizens. A similar or identical offense should result in two people being convicted. It doesn’t always work that way; wealth and fame do have a way of making crimes, like murder, to away, but those instances are anomalies. Things have become more complicated over the past four years. Courts willingly participated in the obscenities against Michael Flynn. Andrew Weissmann, a Department of Justice official was able use the judiciary to pursue his own vendetta against President Trump and Paul Manafort.
It has been obvious since the summer 2020 that the country is run on a two-tiered justice system. Your personal politics dictates the way the courts deal with you.
Jake Angeli (the Buffalo Headdress man) was found guilty of trespassing at the US Capitol on January 6. He received 41 months imprisonment. Scott Fairlamb and Robert Palmer were also sentenced for their assaults on police officers in the January 6 riot outside the US Capitol. Ashil Babbit, who banged on a US Capitol Police officer’s door just feet from him was finally executed.
Compare and contrast the events on the left.
Dakotah Ray Norton, an antifa goonlet, beat a federal official with a baseball bat during a bout of the Portland Riots. He received 24 months.
Breaking: Dakotah Ray Horton (24) was charged with assaulting a federal official in connection to an antifa protest that occurred in Portland, 27 July. A video of him beating an officer behind with a bat was taken. A loaded gun was discovered on him during the arrest. https://t.co/ue92PhrVLk pic.twitter.com/FI8BBcuboi

This guy got “time served” and probation.
Dakota K. Means, a BLM rioter in Portland, is one of dozens federally charged for assaulting, impeding & intimidating a federal employee near the courthouse w/a paintball gun. He threatened to use an “AR” next. He was also filmed next to the accused bomber https://t.co/LUHBAOD4R3 pic.twitter.com/lRClPmfG8n

You will be pleased to know that the charge of possessing firearms while committing felonies has not been filed.
This is what I think!
According to Tessa M. Gorman, Acting U.S. attorney, a 28-year old woman from Bellingham was today convicted in U.S. District Court, Seattle, of violence against railroad carriers. Ellen Brennan Reiche was among two persons arrested near Bellingham on the BNSF Railway tracks on November 28, 2020, just before midnight. Reiche was convicted of placing a ‘shunt’ – a device that interferes with train signals – on the tracks. After the two-day trial, three hours of jury deliberation followed. Ricardo S. Martinez will sentence Reiche on December 17th 2021. He could serve up to 20-years in prison.
The case records and the testimony of the prosecution show Reiche and Samantha Frances Brooks were seen walking near the Bellingham Crossing on video surveillance, the evening of November 28th 2020. Whatcom County Sheriff’s deputies responded to the scene. Both defendants were taken into custody for trespassing. A shunt was discovered on the tracks nearby where deputies first saw them. Reiche carried a paper bag with wire, gloves, and a drill that had a brushhead. It was identical to the wire that was used in the shunting incident. The railroad crossing guard at Cliffside Drive could have been affected by the wire shunt. A train transporting crude oil among other cargo was due to pass through the area within a few hours of this incident.
In her closing argument, Assistant United States Attorney Sok Jiang told the jury, Reiche “disrupted the signal system designed to stop trains from crashing into each other or crashing into cars…. A car driving through the intersection (near the shunt) would not have warning that a train was coming.”
…
Brooks, his co-defendant, pleaded guilty on July 9, 2020 to interference with railroad signaling systems. Brooks could spend up to 20 years prison after being sentenced on October 8th 2021 by the Chief U.S. Circuit Judge Martinez. The U.S. District Judge Martinez will make the final decision on the sentence. The Sentencencing Guidelines and Other Statutory Factors.
You wonder what she received for being arrested in the attempt to damage a train, and also being suspected in 41 similar incidents. Twelve months.
According to some reports, 92% percent of Portland rioters who were arrested and accused have been freed without bail. These arrests were not made for minor offenses. They were both freed without bail.
Federal authorities have charged Isaiah Jason Maza Jr. for allegedly setting off an explosive within the Portland federal courthouse. One officer sustained injuries on his legs from the blast. Maza and Gabriel AgardBerryhill are close to Maza. https://t.co/PHyDtO50qu pic.twitter.com/1ZeeOGGt4j

Compare that with people being held indefinitely without bond since they were invited by Capitol Police into the building. For whom no bond or trial date has been set because the federal government deliberately delays producing the evidence necessary to allow trials to occur. Remember that most of those held for nonviolent charges on January 6 are innocent.
I was also curious to know how interested any federal agency had in rounding-up the Portland demonstrators and other violent protestors, in comparison with the widespread cry for tracking down everyone at the Capitol from January 6th and holding them without bail.
It isn’t just the federal level where this crap takes place. Kyle Rittenhouse was charged with murder in defense of himself. The prosecutors turned out to be mouth-breathing imbeciles, who had their law degree at K-Mart Blue Light Special. A felon convicted of carrying concealed weapons without a permit was allowed free movement. A man who punched Rittenhouse in his face was also allowed to walk free.
When Steven Baca was assaulted and beaten by a violent leftwing mob in Albuquerque and lit one of the cretins up, he was charged with a crime (Howling Leftwing Mob Tries to Murder a Man in Albuquerque but They Don’t Count on Him Defending Himself). Baca was never charged with the beating of his accomplices.

Both cases saw left-wing mob members beating men and bringing them to justice. However, there was plenty of evidence that could have been used by the police. Both cases did not result in any charges being filed against the attackers.
You think that an FBI attorney, who forge evidence in order to have a federal judge approve an intrusive surveillance arrest warrant, should face justice. Kevin Clinesmith was guilty of exactly that. (BREAKING: FBI lawyer Kevin Clinesmith sentenced for creating false email connected to Carter Page FISA warrant). He lied in an attempt to ruin the life of a man who he knew was innocent but whose politics made him a target for Robert Mueller’s goons, particularly Andrew Weissmann. Clinesmith received 12-months probation. He was barred by the DC bar. They didn’t even start disciplinary procedures until five months after he was sentenced. Now he has been restored to “good standing,” which means he can again practice law. This could happen to a conservative attorney.

The US Court website has this to say about “the rule of law.”
American democracy does not always depend on simple majority rule. Certain principles are essential to America and the majority of Americans have agreed to not interfere with them. The Bill of Rights, for example, was created because the Bill of Rights included concepts like freedom of speech and religion as well as equal treatment.
The rule of law refers to a principle that all individuals, institutions and entities must adhere to the laws.
- Promulgated publically
- The same applies to enforcement
- Unabhängigly adjudicated
- Consistent with international human right principles.
It is no longer possible in America. The politics of people are more important than their criminal acts. If you set off explosive devices, try to wreck a train, or give a cop a beatdown and you are Antifa or related scum, you probably won’t be arrested. If you’re arrested, you can be released on bail. You will be subject to the equivalent punishment of being slapped on the wrist for being arrested due to some unfortunate circumstance.
However, right-leaning demonstrators will find themselves being harried to death. If you are allowed to be, you will be subject to a substantial bond. Even though your conduct was legal and documented on video you can still be charged. You will face a sentence if you plead guilty.
But this is incorrect. It isn’t sustainable in any society.
