The Most UNHINGED Media Attacks Against Moderates Manchin and Sinema

Joe Biden lost another important election last week to moderate Democratic senators Joe Manchin & Kyrsten Silena. They have been subjected to abuse and harassment by left-wing activists for many months. During this time, rather than turn down the rhetoric, journalists downplayed, ignored, or participated in the vitriol against Sinema and Manchin.

Here’s the worst hate spewed last week against the two Democrats standing in the way of the Biden agenda:

Robert Reich (ex-Labor Secretary for Bill Clinton) was a CNN commentator. His vilest response seemed to be encouraging violence against Sinema. Spewing venom after the filibuster was preserved, Reich tweeted, “Tonight’s Republican senators stood in line to shake Kyrsten Silena’s hands. Democratic senators would have had to give her their backs.

Here is his final tweet:

Offering a non-apology on Thursday, Reich, who also appeared on ABC’s TGeorge Stephanopoulos’ Week, blamed the whole thing on “conservative media.”

CNN and ABC have not responded to Reich’s disturbing comments. Both places are where he is sometimes a contributor.

Joy Reid, an unhinged Joy Reid, vented her fury Wednesday night against the continuation of the filibuster. He compared Sinema’s murderers Bonnie & Clyde to Manchin and Sinema.

A series of Senate votes is scheduled to start on the voter protection legislation. It is anticipated that they will fail. To sabotage the plan of majority leader Chuck Schumer to vote on a filibuster rule amendment. That, too, is likely to fail since conservative Democratic Senator — and professional coal baron — Joe Manchin Kyrsten Sinema, in keeping with the Bonnie and his Clyde traditionHe preempted the effort today, and reaffirmed his support of the 60 vote threshold without any obligation to perform it in person.

CNN supported extremist rhetoric as a response to Sinema’s moderates Manchin, Sinema on Wednesday. Nina Turner, former Bernie Sanders for President Co-chair, appeared on CNN Newsroom and encouraged “taking it to the streets” to stop the West Virginia senator. Host Bianna Golodryga didn’t object. Instead, she hoped Biden was “taking notes.”

NINA TURNER (Former Bernie Sandersfor President co-chair): Senator Sinema and him are extremists. Anyone hiding behind them is an extremist. You are wrong if you put political considerations above democracy when you hold the top offices in the country. It is because I strongly believe the President should not only share the vision and spirit of FDR. Call out these folks, say, “I welcome your hatred.” That’s what the President should do. It’s time to take it to the streets.

BIANNA GOLOODRYGA Perhaps he’s listening to you and taking notes ahead of his presser

On Sunday, MSNBC contributor Elie Mystal slimed the two Democrats as the “white people” Martin Luther King warned us about:

[T]he people like Joe Manchin and Kyrsten Sinema — these are the white people that Martin Luther King Jr. warned us about. These are the white liberals who have no sense of urgency, commitment, or integrity when it comes to the progress of justice in the country and that’s just the — that’s just the fact. It’s hard to believe they could live with this.

Last December I shared instances of bullying and harassment suffered by Sinema, Manchin. They included: Protesters surrounding Manchin in his care, screaming and swarming him. Leftists activists disrupting a wedding Sinema was officiating. They followed Arizona Senator into a restroom.

It is important to ask the following question: Does the media care about Sinema or Manchinore’s suffering or are they okay with this?
