Super Bowl Mask Hypocrisy Was on Bold Display While Kids in School Still Have to Suffer – Opinion

Over 70,000 people attended the Super Bowl Sunday. The stadium announced that they will require everyone to wear masks inside the stadium regardless of their vaccination status. In an effort to get people to wear N95 masks they were handing them out to everyone who came by.

There were Democratic politicians, as I noted earlier, including Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti, holding his breath again, and Cincinnati Mayor Aftab Pureval.

This isn’t the first time that Garcetti got nailed maskless at the SoFi.

It was clear that virtually everyone in the stadium was not wearing a mask. This included celebrities such as LeBron, Mark Wahlberg and Sean Penn.

Many often-pontificating, liberal celebrities are there.

Kanye West was one of the few to wear a mask, although I’m not sure what kind of a mask that was, covering his whole head and had holes in it.

Even the Commissioner, Roger Goodell, didn’t have a mask despite the local mandate and the stadium “rule.” Some adherence to the “rules” by the Commissioner.

One group seemed to be subject to wearing masks, the Los Angeles Youth Orchestra’s children. They were outside performing when the rules were in effect and were inside the stadium.

Outkick’s Clay Travis also observed, “I spent a week in LA & was asked for proof of vaccination once. Everywhere I went, no one was wearing a mask inside. LA removed all Super Bowl-related restrictions, or LA covid has been miraculously dissolved. If I had kids forced to wear masks in school, I’d be beyond furious.”

That’s exactly the point here. Virtually nobody was seen wearing a mask. Then, the kids all went back to school to be told that they must wear a mask all day and outside. What’s going on when you have such conflicting madness? There’s even word that the indoor requirement might be eased for indoor public locations this week and it seems pretty dead given the Super Bowl. There is no information on schools as these are where the most vulnerable children.

So what’s the justification for this conflict? All over the country, schools have been dropping mask mandates. This is absurd. Except you want to torturize children longer than any other person.
