Seth Meyers isn’t funny, but he’s definitely a joke. This is the Late Night host trashed Donald Trump when the Republican was President. He now has a new obsession, Moderate Democrat Joe Manchin. Rather than hold Joe Biden to account, Meyers slimed the West Virginia Senator as a corrupt, “ignoble” politician who “s****” all over the President’s agenda.
MRC analysts tracked the behavior of the comedian, a liberal politician who was pretending to be a comedian for six weeks. “Jokes” that his studio audience don’t find funny, “humor” so lame that he blames staff writers for the silence during the show.
For instance, on November 25, Meyers offered this attempt at comedy: “West Virginia Senator Joe Manchin is reportedly in talks for a book deal. The book will be sold at Barnes and Ignoble.” Get it? After the joke bombed, he blamed his writer: “I mean, can you imagine sitting and writing a joke where the punch line is ‘ignoble?’ You don’t even hear it right. This is how it should be. [joke]Matt wrote the following:.”
Here’s a montage of the leftist aggression:
This effort was actually his show-off on December 13th.
It’s good to see you. Seth Meyers. This is Late night. We hope you’re doing well. Now we will get to the important news. President Biden is expected to meet with West Virginia Senator Joe Manchin today to secure his vote for the Build Back Better act, or, as it will be known after the meeting, the “Build Back Coal Mines and Nothing Else” act.
On December 7, 2021, Meyers portrayed Manchin’s hesitance to spend trillions as making him the new Ebenezer Scrooge: “Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer yesterday reiterated his goal for Democrats to pass the build back better spending bill by Christmas the same night Joe Manchin will be visited by three spirits.”
On November 22, he mentioned the controversial anti-Semitic Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib, but only as a way of mocking Manchin: “In a new interview, Michigan congresswoman Rashida Tlaib referred to Democratic senators Joe Manchin and Kyrsten Sinema as, quote, corporate Democrats. They’re offended, but just about the Democrat part.”
This one is available starting November 9.
Joe Manchin of West Virginia is believed to be interested in a book deal. Well, technically someone else will write the book, and he’ll cut out all the good parts.”
After that joke bombed, Meyers mockingly fumed, “And that’s budget comedy. It’s budget comedy, and you came here for it.
Sometimes, like on November 4, there really wasn’t a joke: “Just this week, Democratic leaders put paid family leave back in the bill because it’s extremely popular. West Virginia Senator Joe Manchin took immediate action. [bleep] all over it.”
It was revealed Wednesday that Democrats are likely to delay attempts to pass the Build Back Better spending bill through 2022. Manchin, according to Democrats is responsible. Expect more hatred directed towards West Virginia’s moderates. Is it possible to mock Schumer and President Biden? That’s not an option for hacks like Seth Meyers.

12:38 ETSETH MEYERS: Hello. Seth Meyers. It’s Late Night. We hope you’re doing well tonight. We’ll now move on to the latest. Yesterday, President Biden called West Virginia Senator Joe Manchin and reached an agreement. Now it’s President Manchin, Senator Biden. Press reporters asked Senator Joe Manchin, West Virginia, whether the $2 trillion spending measure would be passed this year. It’s okay, but that isn’t good news. If someone tells you, “Hey! Come to my party tonight. Anything’s possible,” then it means that your pants aren’t on the line.

MEYERS: We have an unhinged Republican Party that is losing its way [bleep]A bipartisan infrastructure plan will be supported by just a few of their members. Millionaire corporate Democrats such as Joe Manchin are standing in the way. It is not good optics for Manchin to have a boat he calls a homeboat and a Maserati. This was revealed when he was confronted with climate activists. Sorry, Senator from West Virginia and a Palm Beach plastic surgeon should not have a Maserati.
