CNN The Most Reliable Sources host Brian Stelter Fox News was Stelter’s favorite subject to complain about. Stelter also played the race card and accused Fox News of starting a “fight that’s root in white identity politics”. This was because Fox host David Stelter disagreed with Biden’s selection for a Supreme Court Justice who is solely based upon race.
Stelter’s first reaction was to kvetch over the fact that American politics is so divisive, and that no one seems to be able come together when it comes down to important matters. Are there solutions to the cataclysmic conflicts, which seem to consume all? It feels like the United States is losing its way because of Divisions in Covid, vaccines and teaching. The media was then blamed by him for the problem. Media outlets play a significant role in this conflict. They are us against them, right versus left, extremes versus middle, heroes versus villains and alt-right versus mainstream.
Stelter was still bemoaning. “when people lose their minds in ideological disputes, political feuds, or gang vendettas. A high level of conflict can cause people to fear the future and lie awake at night. You can also add that This conflict can be seen right now, with the looming Supreme Court confirmation fight.
Stelter made the same vile attack on Stelter’s political critics.
Fox would like to fight. Radio and TV on the right want to fight. They must fight for the Supreme Court. Already they are waging a battle that is rooted in white identity politics. Fox primetime programs are furious that Biden committed to nominating an African-American justice.
Stelter’s appeals for unity seem to be a cover for his attacks on Fox News and other conservative media. Stelter’s hypocrisy is not the only thing that makes sense about Fox.
Stephen Miller, The Spectator pointed out, Biden has ruled out nominating an Asian or Hispanic Supreme Court Justice. Biden, and not Fox News has been making the SCOTUS nominating process about identity politics.

BRIAN STELTER – But is there a way to get out of this mess? There seems to be no way out from the protracted, destructive conflicts which seem to devour everything. The United States is becoming less united because of divisions about covid, vaccinations, teaching and policing. This is where media outlets come in, as they are involved in conflicts, including us versus you, right versus left, extremes versus middle, heroes and villains, mainstream versus alt-right, etcetera. A healthy conflict is good. However, we live in high conflict. This was described in a book recently as an evil versus good kind of feud.
If people are involved in political disputes or gang violence, they can lose their minds. A high level of conflict can cause people to worry about the future and lie awake at night. With the Supreme Court confirmation battle looming, I can clearly see high conflict. It could be called a confirmation process. Maybe I should. But I use the term battle simply because it is how it’s presented in the media. And look maybe it won’t really be a battle, some conservative activists are saying they’re not planning to go scorched Earth against President Biden’s nominee to replace Justice Stephen Breyer. The court’s balance will remain the same regardless of who the nominee may be. Fox, let’s just be real. He wants to fight. Radio and television on the right want to fight. They must fight for the Supreme Court. Already they are waging a battle that is rooted in white identity politics. Fox primetime programs are furious that Biden committed to nominating an African-American justice.
