Siemens AG, a German conglomerate, is a key player in the development of large- and small-end electric products. This includes engineering, energy and medical goods. The corporation is one of Europe’s oldest and largest industrial manufacturers, employing about 293,000 people worldwide, and generating over 57 billion in revenue.
The Siemens USA division employs over 60,000 people, which means it is subject to President Joe Biden’s vaccine mandate for employers with 100 or more employees. They are used to following orders as a German company and are comfortable with it. However, many U.S. workers aren’t.
TJ Whittaker is a Siemens USA employee that does not want the vaccine. He is against the mandates for vaccines.
“Siemens has very aggressively gotten in line with the Biden Administration (aka Democrat Socialists) vaccine mandates, much like Southwest Airlines citing “government contracts,” and how the government is “their most important customer,” and how everyone must be jabbed regardless,” Whittaker said.
“It’s very deceitful how he [Biden] manages his doublespeak.”
Whittaker fears that Whittaker’s company might be operating in too familiar territory.
“What is particularly compelling though is that Siemens took the very same path with the National Socialists (aka Nazis) and profited immensely colluding with Hitler and his minions, garnering numerous contracts with the Nazis,” Whittaker continued.
“Siemens has made much ado about how they now realize that it was a mistake to collude with the Nazis.”
Siemens has acknowledged on its website its relationship with the National Socialist German Workers’ (NAZI) Party, but claims that it was distasteful and a necessary evil.
From 1933 to 1941, Carl Friedrich von Siemens was the head of Siemens. He was a strong advocate for democracy and detested Nazi dictatorship. However, he was responsible for ensuring the company’s well-being and continued existence.
The government was increasing controlling the German economy, but the industry was allowed some leeway. Siemens could mainly limit its manufacturing activities in the area of armaments to producing electrical goods. It also avoided making products outside its original portfolio. Even during wartime, the company’s production of typical war goods such as weapons and ammunition was limited. Siemens manufactured electrical equipment for the military from 1943.
The company PR burnishes the fact that they had to rely on forced laborers—that is, the Jewish, Polish, Gypsy, Christians, and other prisoners the Nazis deemed “degenerate” in the concentration camps. Around 80,000 workers for Siemens were employed between 1940-45. Siemens relocated its production facilities to German-controlled territories in order to keep them in business, despite the destruction of everything else around it. the Siemens website touts this as “expansion.” Once Germany was defeated, Siemens received their comeuppance for their partnership with Nazi Germany:
The Allies confiscated all the company’s tangible assets worldwide. It was stripped of all its patent and trademark rights. All of its assets abroad were destroyed. Siemens was able to forfeit 80 percent of its overall worth, or around 2.6 billion German mark.
Siemens was able to rebuild and expand its business, eventually becoming an international conglomerate. That is, until they were brought up on worldwide corruption charges in the early ’90s. The SEC charged that the corruption occurred
Unimaginable in terms of scale and geographical reach. This corruption resulted in more than $1.4 trillion in corrupt payments to officials from Asia, Africa, Europe and the Middle East.
Siemens paid the fine and was caught again. Did they change their practice?
Siemens, which was sued by the US, Germany, and other countries, paid $1.6 billion in penalties, fines and profits disgorgement, as well as $800 million to US authorities. This was the largest monetary sanction ever imposed in a case under America’s Foreign Corruption Practice Act since it was passed in 1977.
In a book review about the corruption scandal, Taylor & Francis Online wrote this in their abstract:
Siemens saw the greatest risk in being Barred from receiving government contractsThis is. In the end, the entire company’s managing board was replaced, a rare event in its history.
They would go to any lengths necessary to keep their business afloat, which is what most companies do. Siemens, however, seems not to mind doing it at the expense or human capital. This is just like what happened in Nazi Germany. This led to the tunnel-visioned subsistence and latent antisemitism. In a 2001 epic PR mess, Siemens sought to register the trademark for the name “Zyklon”.
I. KID. YOU. NOT.
A BBC article exposed the company’s tone death move:
German engineering giant Siemens has hastily abandoned plans to register the trademark “Zyklon”, the same name as the Zyklon B poison gas used in Nazi extermination camps, BBC News Online has learnt.
A year ago, Bosch Siemens Hausgeraete (BSH), the firm’s consumer products joint venture, filed two applications with the US Patent & Trademark Office for the Zyklon name across a range of home products, including gas ovens.
Siemens, despite the corrupt payments it received from its employees, is an international corporation with large pockets. Their patent department didn’t raise alarm. This is a multinational company with huge pockets, despite the payouts from the corruption scandal.
Even 2013! The Times of Israel documented a story of the concentration camp slave laborers, who did work for Siemens, that were prevented from viewing the company’s archives. Siemens has shown that it is not only prone to systemic corruption; but, they also have a strong desire to conceal the truth.
Whittaker also agrees
“The trouble is they are pursuing the same path today (i.e., anything for a dollar or a Deutsche mark), and trumpet their working relationship with the Biden Administration while submitting to and profiting from socialist government edicts.
“They never learned their lesson,” he said.
It seems now that Siemens AG has adopted its tried-and-true strategy to keep their U.S. government contract.
“It’s one thing to willingly enter into this arrangement; then they apologize for their complicity, but decades later, willingly enter into the same arrangement. It’s like, Here we go againWhittaker said. Whittaker stated.
This may be true even if it is not. Holocaust Online reveals that Siemens employed slave labor in the German death camps of Auschwitz and Buchenwald.
In late 1944, at the height of World War II, Siemens’ total workforce of 244,000 included 50,000 people who had been put to work against their will. The overall number of people who served as forced labor at Siemens during the war years was even higher.
The major private firm that used slave labor at Ravensbrück was the Siemens Electric Company, today the second largest electric company in the world. In a separate camp adjoining the main one, Siemens “employed” the women to make electrical components for V-1 and V-2 rockets. Under extreme exploitation, the women worked twelve hours per day. Some of the most challenging tasks were also undertaken by women, such as construction. The women were treated like animals and twelve to fourteen pulled huge rollers to pave streets.
In addition to the profitable business of working people to death at Nazi concentration camps, Siemens did quite well in the so-called “Aryanization Program,” which was essentially the expropriation of Jewish businesses for resale at bargain basement prices to approved German companies
One thing that is distinct about Ravensbruck is the fact that medical experiments were conducted here. As more people are forced to get the vaccine, more side effects are being documented. The experiment called Control Group One seems creepily similar to what’s happening.
The experiments conducted on Polish political prisoners in Ravensbrück by Nazi doctors fall into two groups.
The first group tested the effectiveness of sulphonamide drug. After intentionally inflicting severe pain on the victim, various bacteria strains (staphylococci and gas bacilli), were introduced into the wound. The patient then received one of the drug-tested drugs. Whatever the scientific result of these experiments the fact remains that they were invariably very painful and often resulted in the patient’s death or permanent bodily injury.
Does it seem too far-fetched to think that the Pandemic is a handy control mechanism for testing the effectiveness of the vaccines. Is it possible to know for certain that vaccines work as well as claimed by the CDC and manufacturers?
Eighteen months ago we assumed that our government would care for its elderly and didn’t fund Gain-of-Function research. This once seemed impossible has become a reality. It seems there are no lines that a government or Siemens company will cross, if they pay attention.
Siemens workers should cause us to be extremely afraid.
“A lot of employees are distressed about the situation,” Whittaker said.
Whittaker provided several emails of the President and CEO, Siemens USA, along with high-ranking executives in the conglomerate.
This is Kevin Owens’ official email correspondence to Siemens Human Resources. It is quite telling.
Dear colleagues
A White House Executive Order issued on September 9th, 2021, requiring federal employees, subcontractors, and contractors to be vaccinated for COVID-19. The Executive Order was further detailed on September 24. It made it clear that regular testing is required for all federal workers, contractors and subcontractors. Deadline for compliance: December 8, 2021
The federal government is one of DI SW’s and Siemens USA’s largest customers in the United States. All U.S.-based employees are subject to the Executive Order No matter where they live, including whether they work at home or in an office. This includes federal employees who are not directly employed by the government. It is. Siemens cannot obtain new contracts, extensions, or modifications to existing government contracts if they do not conform. This will severely affect our overall business, and impact on growth.
Why include people who a) do not work on government contracts, and b) people who have no contact with other employees? It is not about logical protocol but command and control.
Just this paragraph shows how no one at Siemens paused to think about the best ways of accommodating their workers. What is scarier, is that no one appeared to take pause over the obvious parallels to the company’s past history. It is a terrible thing for Siemens to lose these U.S. government contracts. Their history shows that they are capable of maintaining them.
Our internal processes for understanding and implementing these requirements are being developed. Although the government guidelines acknowledge the necessity of reasonable accommodations for people who are unable to receive vaccinations due to disability or religious beliefs, these situations will be rare cases and should not be considered as a priority. If a reasonable accommodation can be granted, this may result in weekly testing.
Siemens assumes that reasonable accommodation for a workforce of 60,000 employees will not be possible because it is a rare and very restricted situation. It’s almost as if they are signaling that they will make any request for accommodation difficult, if not impossible, particularly since they still have not set up how they plan to implement these vaccine protocols. It’s almost as if they are making it up as they go along.
The CDC states that an individual becomes fully vaccinated when they have had two shots in a 2-dose series or after two doses of a single shot vaccine. To be fully vaccinated, you need to start the process well before December 8. Start the process if your aren’t fully vaccinated yet. You will need to provide proof of vaccination. Keep your records safe.
However, this email was received by Owens’ HR rep in October. Last Friday, Rochelle Walensky, Director of CDC has indicated that a change in the vaccine protocolsMy colleague Bonchie has reported that this could be happening soon.
CDC Dir. Rochelle Walensky announced yesterday that they are looking to “update” the definition of what it means to be fully vaccinated. This follows a Biden administration trend of incoherence, making COVID-19 mitigation a continually moving target while promising people a return to normalcy — if they just do what they are told. There’s always another “one last thing,” though.
These are the first two shots, if Moderna or Pfizer. Johnson and Johnson will only need one. There is no mention of boosters or the possibility that there could be many. The mandate that Siemens employees must commit to is basically a commitment to sinking sand.
When we receive more guidance about the way that we collect necessary information regarding vaccinations, we will be sending it along. I am grateful for your help in keeping your family safe, healthy, and ensuring the continuation of our business.
Shorter: if you don’t get the jab, you’ll ruin us. But we’re sorry to stress you out—here’s some counseling!
Each of us has faced new and unprecedented challenges as a result of the pandemic. It is understandable that these can be very stressful. We thank you for staying strong and understanding as we face the unknown. Please also remember that if you are struggling, you are not alone, and we offer a wide array of resources to our employees.
Many thanks for your kind words.
Whittaker estimates that about 25% of the employees are against the mandate to vaccinate, and most of them on conscience grounds. Everyone is not anti-vaxx. All vaccines should be used in the proper medical context. However, mandating employees to get vaccines that may be harmful or not necessary is unacceptable in the context of retaining their employment.
Whittaker said Evangelical Christians are the most opposed, followed by nominal Catholics, Jehovah’s Witnesses, and Lutherans who make up the religious exemption spectrum. There are also people without any religious or political affiliation who are opposed to vaccine mandates. According to Whittaker, the more this mandate is shoved down the employees’ throats, the more aware these employees become about the political nature of this diktat. I received at most five emails by Whittaker, sent via various Siemens USA divisions, between late September and early October. They were all very well written. JabbedYou can also call it: get fired
It is uncomfortable and it chafes. Whittaker was concerned about how this affects other industries.
Whittaker also noted that this resistance crosses racial lines—it’s not a “white” thing. This has not been true, and it will never be. Barclays’ protest in New York City Monday on Monday shows how this extends beyond Trump supporters or BLM to all who value their bodily autonomy as well as individual liberties.

Is the media willing to report the truthful stories about discrimination and disenfranchisement, if they pay any attention? It remains to be determined.
