The pitched battle continues over Joe Biden’s controversial September announcement that he would impose an OSHA rule requiring all businesses to mandate COVID-19 vaccinations or at least weekly testing requirements for workers at U.S. companies with 100 or more employees, beginning on December 8.
But, as we reported earlier today, Biden has now backed up the mandate start date, no doubt reeling from the thorough ass-kicking delivered to the Democrat Party in Tuesday’s off-year elections, with a new enforcement date of January 4, 2022. Only one problem Joe, Ben Shapiro is the co-founder of The Daily Wire.
He was insane.
As Daily Wire reported, it filed a lawsuit against the federal government on Thursday over Biden’s vaccine mandate order, While Shapiro also fired up Twitter with a tirade against Biden’s “gross overreach,” declaring: “Leave everyone the f**k alone!” We’ll get to that in a minute.
Daily Wirey’s Co-CEO and co-founder Jeremy Boreing stated that Daily Wirey will not follow the mandate.
The Daily Wire will not comply with President Biden’s tyrannical vaccine mandate, and we are suing the Biden Administration to put a stop to their gross overreach.
The federal government, President Biden, social media and establishment media conspired in order to strip Americans of their liberties for the sake of public health.
Through conflicting messages, false information and suppression of data, they have broken trust with Americans.
Daily Wire said its lawsuit “alleges that the Biden Administration lacks constitutional and statutory authority to issue the employer mandate and that the mandate failed to meet the requirements for issuing a rule taking effect immediately without the normal process of considering public comments.”

Dhillon Law Group’s partner Harmeet K. Dhillon said Biden’s mandate is unprecedented in its overreach.
Federal government does not have the legal power to make private employers play the roles of COVID or vaccine police. Private employees cannot be forced to receive medical treatment and the federal government may not disregard constitutional limitations on how it can regulate all aspects of our lives.
The Biden administration’s attempt to impose this unprecedented and unlawful federal medical mandate on the U.S. workforce without considering the public’s views is arbitrary, capricious, unsupported by the evidence, and would produce a willfully ignorant rule.
Like I mentioned at the top Shapiro used Twitter to attack the Biden administration in the way only Shapiro could; with all the fury of a fired up drill sergeant cracking. Shapiro sent 12 tweets blasting Biden as well as the OSHA mandate to vacate children. Here’s a selection of highlights.
OSHA has issued this insanely autoritarian temporary regulation. They’re seeking to make a rule permanent. These are their questions when creating a permanent rule.
1. It is mandatory for employers who have less than 100 employees.
2. To force fully-vaccinated persons to wear masks.
3. Prior immunity is not exempted.
4. Eliminating testing as an option to vaccination
5. Test more often than once a week.
6. Higher standards are required for masks.
7. Additional ventilation is required, including social distancing and physical barriers.
“In other words, this is only the beginning of the authoritarianism,” Shapiro tweeted. “If made permanent, the OSHA rule would be far more onerous. They could push a national vaccination AND mask mandate.”
He continued:
It’s not surprising that the United States is ruled by an administrative agency with anodyne-sounding names.

Shapiro stated that the suit is not about whether the vaccine was effective or whether he opposes it.
This isn’t about whether vaccines are good. I am a huge advocate for vaccines. This debate is not about liberty for Americans, but whether we should allow administrative tyranny to dictate our lives. It is costly and time-consuming to fight for the freedom of our employees. Your help is needed.

“Employees are not children. Employers are not parents,” tweeted Shapiro. “And the United States government must not be an administrative dictatorship.”
Daily Wire admonished Senate Republicans to take the battle to their Democrat colleagues — and also urged readers to hold their senators accountable.
Republicans must push Democrats to vote for the Congressional Review Act in the Senate. Get involved today. The Wall Street Journal reported that the Biden vaccine mandate would have an impact on more than 80,000,000 employees. As we previously reported, Biden threatened to make a vague threat on Wednesday, implying that he would link the vaccination of children with maintaining schools open.
