Twitter and other Big Tech social media companies are brazenly censoring America’s conservatives, while providing an open platform for its enemies, House Republican Whip Steve Scalise (R-LA) says.
In a Monday night tweet, Rep. Scalise provided three examples of Twitter’s double standard:
“Trump can’t tweet. The Kremlin is able to.
“The Babylon Bee can’t tweet. However, the Chinese Communist Party does.
“Members of Congress can’t tweet. But the Ayatollah & Taliban can.”
“They only target conservatives—and don’t even try to hide it anymore,” the Louisiana congressman tweeted.
“We must hold Big Tech accountable,” Scalise concluded.
Trump cannot tweet.
However, the Kremlin is able to.The Babylon Bee cannot tweet.
The Chinese Communist Party is able to.Twitter isn’t allowed to Congress members.
But the Ayatollah & Taliban can. They only target conservatives—and don’t even try to hide it anymore.
Big Tech must be held accountable.
