Joe Biden’s Department of Justice just doesn’t seem to be taking the threats against the Supreme Court Justices seriously.
An assassination plot against Justice Brett Kavanaugh took place at his house last month. According to the suspect, he believed that he was inspired by a leaked draft opinion which indicated the Court would reverse his decision. Roe V. Wade A lot of violence, threats and intimidation against abortion have occurred as well. This includes the bombing and firebombing pro-life centers. Protests continue at the residences of justices who were overthrown Roe v. Wade last month.
But the DOJ hasn’t sought to curtail the illegal protests, nor have they seemed to take any action against the people behind the firebombings, vandalism, and other threats.
The safety of justices seems to be a secondary concern for these people, and this attitude is reflected in the Biden Administration’s top. The White House offered a mild response regarding Kavanaugh’s attempted murder, but Biden didn’t issue any formal statements and never condemned the act. Not only hasn’t the Biden White House tried to calm the situation, they’ve ratcheted it up with former White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki encouraging protests at the justices’ homes, despite those protests being illegal.
Now, there’s been another incident.
Justice Kavanaugh was out dining at Morton’s The Steakhouse in Washington, D.C., on Wednesday night, when someone tipped off radical leftist protesters. According to the restaurant, they arrived at the restaurant to confront him. Per Politico,They called Kavanaugh’s manager to demand that he be fired. They refused to let Kavanaugh leave the restaurant, as they were firm about their safety and that of their customers.
“Honorable Supreme Court Justice Kavanaugh and all of our other patrons at the restaurant were unduly harassed by unruly protestors while eating dinner at our Morton’s restaurant,” the restaurant told the outlet. “Politics, regardless of your side or views, should not trample the freedom at play of the right to congregate and eat dinner. There is an appropriate time and place to do everything. Disturbing the dinner of all of our customers was an act of selfishness and void of decency.”
To avoid being radicalized, Kavanaugh was forced to exit the backdoor of the restaurant.
It would be reasonable to assume that everyone would oppose harassment and threats against a Supreme Court justice. The majority of Americans do. Many on the Left and their media allies have taken this as an opportunity to attack Kavanaugh.

Our institutions have so denigrated regular protesters in the country, that they will bend over backwards to protect fascist street groups as protected demonstrators but then change their diapers when a crusty white politician (or, in this instance, his commsperson) feels uneasy.

“Regular old protesters” who target justices where they eat and in their homes. Andy knows about the assassination plot, the threats, or the firebombings.
The left is now targeting Morton’s with their anger.

As we already reported, alleged comedian Samantha Bee urged people to harass Justice Samuel Alito and not let him have dinner in “peace” for the rest of his life.
Biden, and all Democrats should urge people to stop such acts. But they won’t.
