We previously reported that COVID was found in many D.C. residents following Saturday’s Gridiron dinner. This included Cabinet members and members of Congress as well as members of Congress and staff from the White House. Attorney General Merrick Grland, Commerce secretary Gina Raimondo (D.CA), and Rep. Joaquin Castro(D.TX) have all been identified as being positive. Jamal Simmons is also the Communications Director for Kamala Hariri and was present at Tuesday’s Obamacare event, where he hugged Obama. Obama was able to get it there several weeks ago. Kamala Harris was in constant contact with Simmons and has stated that she will continue to follow her regular schedule.
Now, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-CA, 82 has accepted it. Before she usually announces it at her weekly press conferences, Pelosi’s staff made the announcement. The staff did the same formulaic bow to the vaccination homage as Democrats (despite the fact that it didn’t prevent the transmission).
“After testing negative this week, Speaker Pelosi received a positive test result for COVID-19 and is currently asymptomatic,” Pelosi’s Deputy Chief of Staff Drew Hamill announced. “The Speaker is fully vaccinated and boosted, and is thankful for the robust protection the vaccine has provided. The Speaker will quarantine consistent with CDC guidance, and encourages everyone to get vaccinated, boosted and test regularly.”
“Oh, goodness. Pelosi was positive for the test.

Pelosi did not attend the Gridiron dinner. However, she attended the White House Obamacare event Tuesday. Yesterday, Pelosi also signed a bill at an event at the White House yesterday. Pelosi was very close to Joe Biden and several other officials. She touched Joe Biden’s hand and kissed him on Tuesday. Barack Obama was also close to her and she held his hand in front of her mouth. There are many other people.
Now COVID-POSITIVE Pelosi kissed Biden on the cheek Tuesday before grabbing Obama’s hand and putting it on her MOUTH.

Pelosi wasn’t kind when President Donald Trump was infected with the virus in 2020. Pelosi attempted to discipline him over his mask-wearing.

“Going into crowds unmasked and all the rest was sort of a brazen invitation for something like this to happen,” she said.
Some reports claim that Pelosi also planned on going to Taiwan as part of a trip to Asia this weekend. That’s a big move to make in terms of support for Taiwan, given China’s manic position on the island.
China advised her to stay home, stating that they will take tough measures against any visit from the Chinese and would have a severe impact on relations between them. After she declared that she has COVID, her trip was canceled. Her being sick will allow her to get out of this situation, without her seeming to back down from China’s warning.
The CDC is now claiming that Pelosi is not considered to be in “close contact” with Joe Biden, the White House said.
