RedState now has more information. RedState was told by sources in industry that IATSE Local 44 sent an email on Thursday night, stating that Baldwin shot one round. Baldwin was questioned by police about the circumstances of the shooting. The incident has not led to any criminal charges. The Santa Fe County Sheriff’s Office said they were still interviewing witnesses. It was determined that the incident wasn’t accidental. “The Sheriff’s office is referring to this incident as a shooting investigation,” Sheriff’s spokesman Juan Rios said. “That detail will be addressed by detectives as they work their case.” The Sheriff’s office did say that the shooting occurred “during filming of a scene.”
