On her Saturday morning MSNBC show, Tiffany Cross devoted a segment to a collective kvetch over how some white women are supposedly too stupid (and racist) to vote in their best interests and get with the liberal agenda. They vote Republican instead! Cross and her panelists will praise Kamala Harris Vice President, who has recently stated: “How dare they tell her what she can do with her body?”
Harris said the comment in reference to promoting abortion rights. What do you know? A woman can also “do something with her body”, which is to vote for her favorite candidates.
Cross began by saying, “It is necessary to contact our [white]There are sisters involved in this struggle, who may not always vote with the same people as you.It is very disappointing.”
Tiffany, it’s democracy and freedom of the vote. Liberals like to say that this is in danger! White women were accused by the panel of siding with and benefitting from the “patriarchy,” which is embodied in their male relatives.
Consistently, the panel patronized and condescended on white women. They were somehow assumed to be in line with liberal women. Take panelist Carmen Perez-Jordan, who decried the fact that none of the eight Republican women Members of Congress voted for the Women’s Health Protection Act, which would not merely have codified Roe V. WadeBut it’s gone radicaly beyond.
Elle continued, “[M]In the meantime, here are [inaudible]We must be allies and stand in solidarity with each other. It is clear that women have historically had privilege due to their fathers and husbands. However, it is evident that we have to start feminizing politics.
Errin Haines, the 19th’s journalist joined her in her long-held ruse.
[F]rankly,White women will choose party over gender when they are whiteThis makes the country less free, and therefore less fair for everyone. We know this. While white women have voted and have not been able to vote in recent generations, they have done so in large numbers, just as Democrats have in many, in many — over several generations.
To assume that all women must support abortion without restriction up to the moment of birth is the height of negating women’s individuality and freedom of thought. Cross denounced conservative women such as Amy Coney Barrett, calling her a Stepford Wives’ “handmaid.” But here it was Cross & Co. demanding that all women march in rigid lockstep with liberal ideology.
On her MSNBC show, Tiffany Cross and her panel “calling out” white women who vote Republican was sponsored in part by Stanley Steemer, GlaxoSmithKline, maker of Centrum, Wayfair, Walmart, Salonpas, and Walgreens.

Eastern at 11:05TIFFANY CROOSS: It is important to speak out for our sisters who are not aligned with those who view the screen. It is frustrating. Carmen. We saw many things. When we look back at the 19th Amendment being passed, it was clear that Elizabeth Stanton, and others, were very focused on women of color and believed white women should be the priority. I don’t care what black men experience, or what other people of color are experiencing. Sojourner Truth was the one who delivered the famous speech “Ain’t You a Woman” at the convention discussing the 19th. I want to ask you, Carmen, I feel like there’s still a divide today in the conversationswe know about women’s rights. Some of these — White women continue to vote heavily Republican. Lucy Caldwell has been a frequent guest on The View. This is why she was able to give one of the most truthful and candid answers. Carmen, I would like you to listen and then I’ll ask about this on the other side.
LUCY CALDWELL [on MSNBC’s The Cross Connection, 05/07/22]: The problem with Republican women and especially white women in this fashion is the fact that they are gaining from patriarchy., right? They are participating or feeling the same story of economic insecurity or, you know? A right or privilege they feel their white husbands and sons and fathers deserve is going to someone of color. This is why they believe the outdated paradigm is dangerous. It’s also good to be white women. White women can also reap the benefits of all that Democrats have done for them!
CROSS – Carmen, I loved that honest answer. It’s because she said it was good to be white. We aren’t affected in the same ways as others. This was something you dealt with in Women’s March. Let me know where we stand today. Do we feel more united than we did 103 year ago? These divisions are still there, or does the same one still exist?
CARMEN PEREZJORDAN: I believe we need to realize that patriarchy can’t be upheld by only men. None of the eight Republican women members of Congress supported the Women’s Health Protection Act. There are, in the interim: [inaudible]We must be allies and stand in solidarity with each other. It is clear that women were historically granted privilege by their fathers and husbands. However, it is evident that we have to start feminizing politics.

ERRIN HAINES: On the anniversary of suffrage last year, I spoke out about the fact that women of color tend to place their gender above their party. This has made this democracy less free and fairer for everyone. And, frankly. White women who choose gender over party often make this country less open and more fair to all. That is what we all know. While white women are eligible to vote, they haven’t voted — as many Democrats have in several cases, or in several generations — for the most part. This is making an impact especially on the meaning of women’s rights in this country.

LINH NGUYEN – This is the fight for solidarity. And, like Carmen and Errin said it so well — it’s all this. We need white women to stand up for us As much as ever, we will continue to be on the frontlines.
CROSS: Yeah. We will see if it happens.
