As absurd as that scenario sounds, something like that could happen—if you believe Glenn Kirschner. Jonathan Capehart was interviewed by the MSNBC legal analyst. Sunday ShowWith New York TimesCharles Blow is the columnist and substitute host.
Kirschner responded to Blow’s question about privacy rights after Roe.
“Oh, that’s what I thought.” Privacy rights are almost gone.It doesn’t matter if it’s gay marriage or interracial, as Justice Thomas might consider ironic, but it does not matter if it’s contraception. And “I don’t think they will come after desegregation.”
Kirschner suggested a “full frontal assault” on the Supreme Court.Although he said it was “nonviolent assault”, He called for an attack on the Supreme Court three times. Trump called for peaceful and patriotic marches to the Capitol in 2021. Democrats are calling for Trump to be charged with inciting the riot.

It does not matter whether it is Contraception. And, It’s not possible for me to believe that they won’t come after desegregation.
Charles, it’s not necessary to just sit there and accept the consequences. It’s what we feel and look like. It’s a slogan we all know from a certain time, but I was reminded. Although it struck me at first as somewhat vulgar, I now realize that it is the economy, stupid. Actually, in 2022 it will be the democracy.

The attack must continue. Also, we need to look at adding JusticesThis may eventually require a supermajority of Congress. However It is time to attack.This is not the way to go.
