Is there any explanation for the Sinema roadblock about corporate minimum tax?
The Democrats figured out a way to do it bypassing the proposed Thune amendment, which would have been a “poison pill” for some of the Democrats in the House.
BREAKING: Democrats! There is a way out.
Am told by multiple sources that Dems (Sen. Warner) will offer a *substitute amendment* to the Thune amendment now getting a vote.
This will result in a change to the SALT pay-for, which is a poison pill for certain Dems. It will be replaced by a new payment for loss-limitation.

That means it’s now more likely the House Democrats who might have had issues will go along with it. So, it’s likely a done deal here. Sinema and Manchin sold us out, and it’s a bad day for America.
