Mainstream Media Turns on Hapless Biden — Bigly – Opinion

Let’s begin by getting two things straight.

First, Joe Biden would not be president of the United States — Not even remotely — were it not for being blatantly and continually propped up by the mainstream media. Second, the so-called “mainstream” media is anything but; choosing instead to operate as the quasi-official mouthpiece of the Democrat Party.

How do hopelessly biased news organizations react when their President of Choice collapses on Day One, and continues to have the most devastating first year in office since at least recent history?

The left is what you want Always does when their guy self-destructs: Throw his ass under the bus as far as they can and prop up the next Democrat poster boy — or girl. (See: “Al Franken,” “Andrew Cuomo,” et al.)

Fox News host Tucker Carlson perfectly summed up the end of Joe’s terrible, horrible, no good, very bad first year in a Monday op-ed, this way:

For Joe Biden the past few months amounted to the greatest political disaster of his life. In his case, that’s not a small place to be. This is a man with three failed presidential campaigns on his resume, but this year has been different.

We don’t mean to overstate it, but you can pick your humiliating ashes and sackcloth world-historic defeat, Stalingrad, Corregidor, Gallipoli and that is pretty much where Joe Biden is right now politically.

All things considered, I am in agreement. The Biden Border Crisis, Biden Energy Crisis, Biden Afghanistan Debacle, Biden Supply Chain Disaster, Bidenomics Disaster, and Bidenflation Disaster — just to name Joe’s “greatest hits.” So far, anyway. And worse? Each one of these was On purpose.

Yeah, Joe — you did that. Even though it was your fault. clueless, throughout.

“The media are the only reason Joe Biden is president and the first place,” Tucker also observed. “Biden didn’t campaign for the job, he didn’t hold rallies or give speeches or tell the public what he might do if elected.”

Joe Biden, on the other hand, hid in fear from his infectious voters for close to a year. Instead, Biden let media organizations present his case to him. The media hid Biden’s faults, they attacked and censored his critics.

The general consensus was that voters didn’t know you were electing an elderly mannequin known for his sleazy past. Voters had no clue, they didn’t know who Joe Biden actually was.

But news media suddenly decided to share their stories. It’s pretty amazing to watch it.

Exactly. If there was ever a political quid pro quo between a hapless presidential candidate and the left-wing media as blatantly obvious as that between the sock puppet media and Corn Pop’s pal, I am unaware of it. I am aware of the situation in Chicago JesusBarack Obama was an elitist globalist who had all his senses.

Tucker provided multiple examples of mainstream media “journalists” now throwing Biden under the bus, including:

DON LEMON: Today, President Biden traveled to Delaware from Washington. He probably couldn’t wait to get out of town after one of the worst weeks of his year-old presidency.

CHUCK TODD NBC: A year into his tenure, President Biden is at the White House with the 2nd-lowest approval rating. This is a popular choice that has been for decades.

JOHN KING, CNN: The country is frustrated, his party is frustrated, we are two weeks into a midterm election year, a few days away from a one-year anniversary, and it is very dark for him right now.

ERIN BURNETT, CNN: Now he’s in the midst of what famous children’s book writer called “a terrible, horrible, no good, very bad” time.

DONNY DeUTSCH, MSNBC – My views are not likely to please your audience. I don’t think he’s come across as an inspirational figure.

Oops. It wasn’t supposed to be this way.

Mr. “Unity,” Joe “A Time to Heal” Biden was going to save America from the evil clutches of Big Bad Orange Man, certain “insurrection,” the end of democracy, and a slide into armageddon.

Let’s get to the bottom.

“Joey from Scranton” spent nearly five decades as a U.S. senator, desperately trying to be relevant. Trying to the point of embellishing his past accomplishment (lying his ass off), plagiarizing political figures far more consequential than he would ever be, and unsuccessfully running for president three times — in 1988, 2008, and 2020.

He finally did it. NeverAbout electing Joe Biden. It was more about denying Bernie Sanders the Democrat nomination and defeating Donald Trump.

Even “Dr.” Jill shamelessly propped up her mental-acuity-challenged husband, desperately seeking the limelight of the White House as well.

The Bidens have achieved their mission. But was it really?

FinallyThe mainstream media disagrees. And despite the disaster wrought by Biden’s presidency, there’s a bit of satisfaction in seeing the left media throw him under the bus — bigly.
