We’ve extensively documented the explosive growth of the use of the phrase “Let’s go, Brandon,” which has gained in popularity not just here in the United States as a substitute for the much more colorful chant “F*** Joe Biden” but which is now also being uttered worldwide as far away as Australia (and in top songs on music platforms on iTunes!) To express your dissatisfaction with the Oval Office’s current incumbent.
The mainstream media, of course, has become fascinated with the “Let’s go, Brandon” phenomenon as well, but for much different yet entirely predictable reasons as we learned when the Washington Post had to issue an embarrassing correction a few days ago to a piece the published critical of how poor Biden was being treated by his critics that also referenced what they called the “vulgar chant.”
Most recently, the Associated Press provided an update on the latest developments on the “LGB” front, where we learned that the chant made its way to Southwest Airlines flights Friday when a pilot who was apparently feeling quite rebellious and chippy uttered it over his airplane’s intercom system in a message to passengers:
The pilot of a Southwest Southwest flight between Houston and Albuquerque signed his greetings over the public audio system. Some passengers gasped as he used the phrase “To audible gasps” to get the message across. Southwest said in a statement that the airline “takes pride in providing a welcoming, comfortable, and respectful environment” and that “behavior from any individual that is divisive or offensive is not condoned.”
“We’re heading east at about seven or eight miles per hour,” the pilot states. “Clear visibility, mostly clear skies, about 77 degrees. Thanks for coming out and flying Southwest Airlines, welcome aboard, and remember let’s go, Brandon.”

According to the Daily Mail, this particular pilot wasn’t the only one making a statement that day:
Pilots were also reportedly heard repeating the message on their radios throughout the day, even as someone warned ‘Southwest has a hot mic,’ according to audio posted online.
According to the usual, Southwest Airlines has been threatened with boycotting and the attempt at cancelling it is underway.
While the pilot’s identity is not known nor is it known what his specific issues with President Biden are, I don’t think it’s too hard to guess considering all the backlashAnd protests that have taken place at Southwest Airlines in the aftermath of President Biden’s dictatorial vaccine mandate for private businesses that employ 100 people or more.
As we previously reported, the “Let’s go Brandon” chant originated after a NASCAR race earlier this month that saw driver Brandon Brown take the checkered flag. As he was being interviewed, “F*** Joe Biden” chants could be heard in the background, as has been the case at numerous sporting events over the last couple of months. The reporter interviewing him laughably suggested that the fans in attendance were chanting “Let’s go, Brandon,” even though it was obvious they were chanting something else.
Pay attention (language warning).

Brandon Brown, who tweeted this hilariously a few days later, joined in the fun.

In addition to all of this, the first known utterance on the floor of the U.S. House of “Let’s go, Brandon!” happened last week when Rep. Bill Posey (R-Fla.) gave a speech decrying how the Democrats in Congress and Joe Biden were turning this country into something it shouldn’t be.
Noting people were “frustrated, angry” and “not going to sit back and take it much longer,” Posey said Americans don’t want Biden’s agenda. “They want you to help put America back where you found it and leave it the hell alone. Let’s go, Brandon.” Posey finished by raising his fist in a mock “cheering” motion.
Let’s go, Brandon!
