Kinzinger Slams Copilot Who Flew With Him in Iraq for ‘Allegiance to Trump Over Oath to the Constitution’ – Opinion

What can be said about “Republican” Rep. Adam Kinzinger by freedom-loving Americans that hasn’t already been said? RedState has a lot more to offer than what I have published. As the Donald would say, I’m able to tell you.

Apart from shaming the Illinois congressional seats to which he had been elected, Republicans By failing to vote for the Republican Caucus, instead consistently siding with Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s Democrats, the intensity of Kinzinger’s stage 4 Trump Derangement Syndrome is exceeded only by his desperate desire to trot out to every TV camera he can find and promptly proceed to trash Donald Trump publicly.

It begs the question, “What else could he do? To embarrass himself as well as the office in which he was elected?” Further letting down his Republican colleagues To disgrace the voters who voted for him?

For starters, how about blasting a former copilot who flew with him in Iraq for having, in Kinzinger’s TDS-riddled opinion, more allegiance to Donald Trump than the U.S. Constitution?

Referring to his former copilot as “this guy,” Kinzinger tweeted:

Jeff Suran was my copilot during the war in Iraq, and he is now a pilot for an airline. Trump is his copilot in Iraq and he swears allegiance.

Setting aside any sort of military code of conduct, is it just me — or is this unprofessional as hell?

Kinzinger refers to remarks made by Jeff Surran, Kinzinger posted this screenshot from a Facebook private group, Kinzinger being Kinzinger.

We have an American member here today who is partly to blame for the FBI storming the residence of President Donald Trump. I say f*** that anti-American POS [Rep. Kinzinger]. He is a disgrace to this country and I regret flying with him. He’s a shame for this country, and the group.

National Review’s Isaac Schorr used a different descriptor for Kinzinger’s response to Surran’s (correct) observation:

This is an *insane* thing for a congressman to tweet.

And then there’s the petty.

IMGE content manager Beth Baumann aptly called the silliness “high school-level drama.”

Twitter is used by a sitting Congressman to complain about an ex-colleague.

This is drama at the high school level. Discuss it privately.

At best.

Washington Free Beacon’s Chuck Ross noted another typical Kinginger trait on full display in his silly tweet:

You are airing something that a regular Joe Blow has posted to a private forum out in the public. [sic]

Why? Because he’s Adam Kinzinger, of course.

Kinzinger was among 10 House Republicans that voted in impeachment for Trump in 2021 following the Jan. 6, Capitol Riot. He is one of two notorious House pretend-Republicans — the other being the equally-delusional Wyoming congresswoman, Liz Cheney — on the Jan. 6 Committee.

After serving in the House for more than a decade, Kinzinger’s political career has turned into a raging dumpster fire, principally brought about by his obsessive hatred of all things Donald Trump. Therefore, Kinzinger is no longer seeking another term for the 2022 midterms.
