On Tuesday’s CNN TonightScott Jennings, a CNN journalist and Republican PR professional, took his panelists to school about the endless list of failed policies of the Biden government. Jennings won the exchange once more and was a complete joker.
While awaiting election results from the New York 12th congressional district Democrat primary which pitted Congressman Jerry Nadler against Congresswoman Carolyn Maloney, former Democrat Congressman John Delaney proclaimed: “President Biden is winning right now” when it comes to his achievements in office.
“He went bipartisan, and he moderated. It seems that Democrats suddenly believe this is how they win. Maybe this is how we govern,” Delaney claimed.
Delaney continued: “The last several election cycles on the Democratic primary have been who could go the most extreme on policy positions. This is how the President was born. He pivoted, and he’s been a huge success.”
In response to Delaney’s delusional rant, Jennings set the record straight: “you said Joe Biden is winning by any measure. I’ll give you a measure, he’s got a 40 percent approval rating. That’s 80 percent. These are not winning measurements.”
Jennings then focused his attention on the New York primaries. “Jerry Nadler’s closing argument was like he was a character in a Monty Python movie. I’m not dead yet,” Jennings said. “These are two of the nastiest liberal partisans in the United States Congress.”
“These people are the most liberal and the most partisan, and you see their true colors come out,” Jennings added.
“I hear Democrats all the time talking about fresh faces, generational change, new ideas. We should welcome all. We had all that in Patel, and he’s bringing up the rear,” Jennings observed in reference to the third Democrat running against Nadler and Maloney who is much younger and ran on bringing new blood to Congress.
“I just wonder if this is a Democratic talking point that the voters don’t actually agree with because you’ve got two old, white, liberal, septuagenarian nasty partisans duking it out and the fresh-faced guy is bringing up the rear here,” Jennings noted.

Eastern at 9:09:48JOHN DELANEY – President Biden is on the winning side right now.
LAURA COATES Right.
DELANEY, I’m referring to his remarkable run of legislative success. Historical successes.
COATES: You smirked.
DELANEY : That’s what I meant by every measure. What was his secret? He moderated and went bipartisan. I believe Democrats suddenly think that this is how they win. Perhaps this is the way we govern. This is why I expect you to see an improvement. The Democratic primary has been dominated by who can take the extreme policy positions. This is how the President was born. He shifted and has been an enormous success.
COATES: You’re not convinced. It was almost as if you were smiling, but now it’s more like you are laughing.
SCOTT JENINGS: You said Joe Biden was winning in every measure. I’ll give you a measure, he’s got a 40 percent approval rating. That’s 80 percent. These are not the winning numbers. Jerry Nadler, the New York race winner, said that his closing argument was as if he were a Monty Python character. But I am not yet dead! These are the two most vicious liberal partisans of Congress in America. This is what you know. They served you.
These are people who tend to be the most liberal or partisan. It’s easy to see the true colors of their character. One is going home. Maloney might be the one who is going home. It’s good news for America, from a Republican point of view. Your comments about Patel are interesting to me, as I often hear Democrats talk about new faces, generational changes, and innovative ideas.
Let us welcome all. Patel had it all, but he seems to be bringing the rear. It makes me wonder if this might be a Democratic talk point the voters aren’t really agreeing with. You have two nasty, old white liberal septuagenarian partisans fighting it out, and the new-faced man is taking the lead.
