WASHINGTON — When liberals thrived in those days, many of their grand ideas were realized. One of those grand designs was the interstate highway system, which now runs across America. One liberal idea was also the Cold War. The Cold War worked at first. But then the liberals got wobbly. It was up to the independents and conservatives to finish the work of the liberals. The liberals are long gone, as the left-leaning fanatics calling themselves socialists or progressives have replaced them. The one thing common to the left-leaning liberals of old is their propensity for going too far. Sometimes they take good ideas, or even plausible ones — but then go way too far. They sometimes try to force it on the public. Sometimes the public doesn’t always react in a polite manner.
We found out how stubborn some Americans are to being bullied this week. A 1973 law was pushed down the throats of Americans by the Supreme Court. Each state’s citizens will decide whether or not to allow abortion, as was the case in 1973. Roe v. Wade arguments.
Overpopulation became a major concern for liberals in the decades leading to 1973. Abortion was what they advocated. It is killing a child in the mother’s womb just to keep it from getting pregnant again. A household condom wasn’t enough. Even an old-fashioned diaphragm didn’t suffice. Liberals decided they could use America’s Supreme Court to force abortion on the American people. Although America does not have a single system of government; it is a federal system. The issues of privacy or abortion aren’t mentioned in any founding documents. Instead, the liberals elevated these rights to morality and continued.
On Friday, the Supreme Court ruled that the abortion advocates had gone too far. The court sent the matter back to the state where it was posed. Contrary to the claims of pro-abortion supporters, the court didn’t legalize or criminalize abortion. According to the court, abortion is an issue of state law and not a federal one. Demonstrators in the streets were fanatics.
Civics was an educational course that existed many years ago. It taught students about the law and how it related to their lives. The course called civics taught students the basics of the law as well as how these laws relate to each other. Students learned the differences between a unitary and federal government, as well as between monarchy and dictatorship. There were many matters beyond the control of the court. There would not be demonstrations if civics was taught in schools. If abortion were still with the States in 1973, it would have been resolved peacefully years ago. California, New York and Texas would continue to kill babies. Mississippi, Texas and other states wouldn’t. The liberals went way too far with 1973’s. Roe v. WadeLeftists continue to protest in the streets on the topic of abortion.
They are what I refer to as the Moron Vote. Their waving placards and indignation, along with threats to safety for private citizens, Supreme Court justices, and their safety, make up the Moron Vote. Many of their fellow Americans fear that they will eventually rule the nation. However, I doubt it. I am not so sure.
With that thought in mind, I’d suggest the following: Roe v. WadeWith the Moron Vote’s defeat and wave vote emerging in the country, it is poised to achieve its peak. The Republicans will be in power for many years if they play their cards well. California and New York will see the citizens busy killing children and applying for welfare, while we go about our normal lives. It is not the way the media believes.
