Hillary Clinton Lackey Testifies She Signed off on Pushing False Alfa Bank Story – Opinion

John Durham’s prosecution of Michael Sussmann continues apace, and there have already been some noteworthy revelations from the trial.

Robby Mook gave evidence on Friday and confirmed the long-held suspicions of many. Namely, that Hillary Clinton was not an innocent bystander in her campaign’s attempt to spread fake information about Donald Trump and Russia. Clinton and her aides tried for years to portray her above all the chaos, but Mook revealed that Clinton signed the publication of false information about Alfa Bank.

He said that he also discussed giving the information to a journalist with top campaign officials including John Podesta (camp chairman), senior policy adviser, White House National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan and Jennifer Palmieri.

“I discussed it with Hillary as well,” Mook said.

“I don’t remember the substance of the conversation, but notionally, the discussion was, hey, we have this and we want to share it with a reporter,” Mook said.

“She agreed with that,” Mook testified, directly linking Clinton to the Alfa Bank story for what I believe is the first time. She had shared the story on social media during the 2016 elections, but she pretended she received the news through the media. Now we know this was all a fabrication.

Past that, ascertaining how that relates to the Afla Bank story also being brought to the FBI is a question left to be answered, and one I’m sure Durham will be more than happy to drill down on as the trial moves forward. It seems improbable that Clinton wouldn’t have been part of that decision-making process as well. Remember, this is a woman who always believes she’s the smartest person in the room, and she’s a notorious control freak. You can bet that she was aware of the FBI being brought in to investigate the story if she allowed it to go to the media.

This all amounts to a conspiracy with false information to influence the election (probably not criminal), as well as conspiracy to send false information to FBI and DOJ (which almost certainly is criminal). Sussmann is the current fall guy, but he clearly didn’t act alone, and I think Durham will prove that. He will be convicted in this case. There are many others who were involved, including Clinton. Sussmann is the first shoe to drop because he’s the closest link to the FBI. Durham is expected to work in reverse.

Still, I’m skeptical Clinton is ever touched simply because Washington elites are never touched. Here’s to being pleasantly surprised.
