On Tuesday, late night hacks deemed it inappropriate and racist to just ask hard questions of Supreme Court nominee Ketanji brown Jackson. The GOP was mocked by the same hosts who ridiculed Amy Coney Barrett and Brett Kavanaugh.
Jimmy Kimmel (who in 2018 suggested Kavanaugh’s penis be cut off) on ABC seethed, “Speaking of embarrassing, we got a full day of nonsense from the Senate on day two of the Supreme Court confirmation hearing.”
Jimmy Kimmel Live host then smeared Republican questions as racist: “Not every Republican was pleased. Marsha Blackburn Senator and Josh Hawley were like “You lost me at Kentaji.””
Here’s Kimmel dismissing any query about whether Jackson is soft on crime as some Qanon nut conspiracy:
Josh Hawley. He is a total creep. A senator from Missouri spent a lot of the 30 minutes listening to a list with child porn videos that a judge had worked on. That’s no joke. He is trying to throw meat to the Qanon nuts as well as smear a woman, who’s the mother of two children and not pro-child po.
Later, he quit comedy and just expressed his irritation at the Republicans’ toughness on Jackson. Liberals were kind.
You will notice that there are no jokes. Kimmel thinks Republicans are incapable of asking questions.
You can find more information here The Tonight ShowJimmy Fallon was a more moderate host and also played the race cards. He showed an image of Republican senators and mocked, “Can we still see Republican senators asking these same questions? [Cut to a shot of all-white GOP senators.]It looks just like Cracker Barre’s Employee of the Month wall.l.”
Common sense is the only thing that even hints at it was not suggested by anyone else. Late Late Show host James Corden. He did note that Democrats had softened their stance on the Liberal nominee.
Senators had two days to ask questions directly of the nominee today. Democrats asked the nominee questions such as “Why are your achievements so remarkable?”Republicans responded with questions like “Why don’t Donald Trump?”
Last night, CBS’s Stephen Colbert was absent and NBC’s Seth Meyers was on the air. We could also expect more hatred from these late-night hacks.
Allstate and Liberty Mutual sponsored the smear of Republicans as racists on ABC and NBC. You can click on these links to tell them what you think.
