Democrats and the liberal media are losing it over the fake conspiracy to kill Florida Governor. Ron DeSantis going “missing” during this past week.
That was absurd, as we pointed out. Not only wasn’t DeSantis missing, but he was working and in the office over the week , as well as taking his wife to cancer treatments. The left attacked a family who was dealing with serious medical issues. You are so scum! You would hope they would learn a lesson but they wouldn’t. They’ve become so tribal now, some just have no morals left. In their mind, anything is permissible to keep Democrats in power.
While the left was all over DeSantis, they ignored another governor who was on vacation while his state’s COVID cases spiked 600 percent in the last month — Democrat Gov. Phil Murphy from New Jersey.
New Jersey added another 27975 COVID-19 patients on Thursday. This is an approximately 35 percent increase over the previous day as Omicron strikes the state. As of late Wednesday, there were 3,604 COVID hospitalizations — up 10 percent from the prior day and approaching the worst point of last year.
Murphy is the vice-chair of the National Governor’s Association and he was away on vacation when he called into the governors’ meeting with Joe Biden on Monday before Biden took off for the beach. Murphy visited Costa Rica for eight days from December 22 through Dec. 30. This was despite the State Department warning Americans not to travel to Costa Rica due to COVID. Murphy didn’t make contact with Biden except for one, and left all other matters to his Lieutenant. Governor.

‘It is fitting that President Biden escapes his responsibilities by traveling to a Delaware beach house after saying responses to COVID-19 should be left to the states, and then Governor Murphy runs off to a Costa Rican beach,’ said New Jersey Republican Representative Jeff Van Drew, who left the Democratic party last December.
Van Drew stated that Murphy has been to New Jersey multiple times on personal trips, but is still trying to impose mandates upon the residents. Murphy took a vacation during the August Delta wave that swept through New Jersey.
‘If Governor Murphy can travel out of the country when the State Department urges the American people to stay put, Americans should be afforded the same discretion regarding their personal health choices just like our leaders,’ he added.
What a great thought! A leader shouldn’t be hypocritical and impose oppressive orders on his followers. Murphy could go to the coast, but at least some schools in Murphy’s state will allow their students to return to virtual school.

Also, the liberal media are not allowed to criticize Murphy. He’s a Democrat, so therefore he got a pass from most of them and the rest of the left. All of those who ran after DeSantis for a false conspiracy don’t seem to be interested in Murphy performing the same thing they accuse DeSantis. Are they pointing out Murphy’s larger surge than Florida while still making it to the shore?
