In this episode of “The Hypocrisy of the Left Knows No Bounds”…
A Portland Antifa rioter — er, Protester peaceful — charged last year with multiple assaults against police officers during violent rioting has had a federal case dropped after completing just 30 hours of community service, according to court documents. Fox News reports that Eva Warner (also known as Joshua Warner) was arrested in September 2020 for felony civil disturbance.

Incidentally, Jake Angeli — AKA: QAnon Shaman — and at least 18 other participants in the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol, who were also sentenced to jail time, were unavailable for comment.
Warner’s most grave charge was the Aug. 8th 2020 riot, in which police declared an emergency at the Portland Police Association downtown offices after Antifa members burst windows and set fire to them, Fox News reported. Via Fox (emphasis, mine):
Portland Police Warner pointed a laser beam at law enforcement officers with high power. The crowd is being dispersed. Warner Resisted arrestAccording to the DOJ, this led officers to use force. Warner had a laser pointer.
Warner was arrested and taken into custody for intentionally interfering in the official duties of police officers, but later he was convicted Released without bail.
A week later, Warner was once again detained and charged with second degree criminal mischief for another riot.. Warner Again, released from custody with no bail.
Warner was also detained a week later A third time in connection with yet another riot and charged with interfering with a police officer and second-degree disorderly conduct. Warner was again freed without bail. You can also compare Warner’s treatment to Jan. 6 participants, who were immediately refused bail and taken into custody.
Here’s where it It is reallyIt’s crazy.
Scott Erik Asphaug, acting U.S. Attorney for the District of Oregon, filed a motion on Dec. 21, according to Fox, asking the court to “dismiss with prejudice the indictment against (Warner), in the best interests of justice.” The motion noted that the defendant had performed “at least 30 hours of community service.”
It is in the best interest of justice?Find out more whom? Portland business owners and others whose lives were all but destroyed by night after night of rioting, or this random Antifa moron who pretended Geoge Floyd’s life mattered to him as a pretense to riot and attack police officers? Please.
On cue, the very next day, U.S. District Court Judge Michael H. Simon dismissed Warner’s indictment “with prejudice” — meaning the court intends for the dismissal to be final in all courts and not asserted in another court — according to court documents obtained by Fox News.
Fox noted that the Portland Police Department declined to comment on Warner’s case, saying its role is to investigate crime, make arrests, and forward the cases to the district attorney for prosecution.
That said, how must the officers assaulted by Warner feel, knowing that he/she/whatever walked away scot-free, three times — and then had federal charges dropped after just 30 hours of community service?
The stark differences — hypocrisy — between the treatment of January 6 participants and George Floyd rioters cannot be overstated, including the behavior of Attorney General Merrick Garland, who has consistently flown wingman for the Democrat Party against Republican access to Jan. 6 documents.
Why it’s “almost” like the judicial system of America is biased in favor of the left.
