In a Monday morning post on his Substack, longtime conservative writer and talk radio host Erick Erickson pointed to a sad and troubling reality that’s been unfolding before our very eyes (and can be backed up by countless examples we’ve highlighted at NewsBusters), which is that at least some in the liberal media seem hellbent on wanting a race war.
After summarizing the facts of the Kyle Rittenhouse case and the liberal media’s disinformation campaign surrounding it (and tying in the 2015 South Carolina church shooting by avowed white supremacist Dylan Roof, Erickson asked the key question about MSNBC’s rhetoric post-verdict and whether parent company Comcast supports their race-baiting:
On this issue, MSNBC is one of America’s most reckless news media outlets. Hosts and guests used incendiary language, misinformed and designed to incite. Comcast owns MSNBC and we have to ask if it’s okay for its employees to incite hatred and spread misinformation.
