Novak Djokovic, tennis star in the United States of America, is being fed nonsense by the government.
According to the US rules, the Serbian tennis star and current Wimbledon champion can’t participate in the Grand Slam Final because he isn’t vaccinated.
The U.S. does not have the authority to lift this ban. Senator Marsha Balckburn (Republican from Tennessee) recently wrote a letter asking Rochelle Walensky M.D. to remove the ludicrous COVID policies of the CDC and to allow Djokovic play.
“Americans are ready to move beyond the pandemic and its endless list of rules, but the Biden Administration wants a forever pandemic,” part of Blackburn’s letter reads. The Biden Administration has made it very clear by preventing Novak Djokovic’s participation in the U.S. Open. This power grab shows the hypocrisy of this government. Djokovic is not allowed to fly to America and participate in the U.S. Open. Illegal immigrants are permitted to cross the border but must show proof that they have been vaccinated or passed a negative COVID test.

While the U.S. Open “not have a vaccination mandate in place for players,” this U.S. law would prevent Djokovic from entering the country. Blackburn pointed it out that this is just one more way that the Biden government perpetuates COVID fear.
That is quite a shame.
