Democrats Lose It Over the EPA Decision, Expose the Big Flaw in Their Strategy – Opinion

Redstate reported that on Thursday morning the Supreme Court put one more bomb in the face of the left by deciding against the EPA. The decision effectively dismantles parts of the administrative government. The case specifically involved the government’s ability to “regulate” carbon emissions under the Clean Air Act.

The consternation started immediately. Elizabeth Warren, the most hysterical member of the Senate (not to be confused with the dumbest, Mazie Hirono), declared that “Our planet is on fire,” lamenting the fact that the federal government isn’t being given total power to destroy the American energy industry.

Your rantings concerning the legitimacy of this court’s existence should be tossed into a river. Warren, of all Washingtonians is among the most unqualified to make comments on any institution’s legitimacy. She is, after all, the woman who founded the illegal Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. This bureau has been effectively dissolved by court rulings. Warren doesn’t care about constitutional legitimacy. Warren is a power-hungry woman. Every word that she speaks demonstrates this.

As to the idea that the planet is on fire, that’s just ludicrous. Even the worst predictions point to a small rise in global heat over the coming century. Could this lead to the demise of civilisation? Given the extraordinary adaptability of human beings, I’d suggest no.

However, Paul Krugman is a clown who never has been right on anything. He would love for you to believe that we have lost the Supreme Court’s decision.

Problem with the Democrat strategy has two sides. Two, the Supreme Court only told the legislature what to do. Warren was a senator at the time I checked and she holds the majority. How about they come up with some kind of compromise to regulate carbon if that’s what they truly feel should happen? What can’t be allowed to happen is bureaucracies with zero accountability running around crashing the economy via executive dictates. Congress must delegate power. If they don’t do so, the EPA has no right to make it up as it goes along.

Second, Democrats are known for declaring the end to all things as an impossibility. It is a moronic strategy that causes people to turn off and has never existed before. DobbsThis is the end the world. The end is at hand with the EPA Decision. The Second Amendment decision is what will end the world. It’s just stupid and overwrought, and people see right through the hysteria. Warren has never been able to control herself, though, and that’s why she’s a uniquely bad messenger for her side’s lunacy. It’s also the reason she crashed and burned during the 2020 election.

Let me go out on a limb and suggest that the planet is not going to burn up in a fiery inferno because the EPA can’t impose its absolute will on companies that have helped lift billions of people out of abject poverty. And if Warren doesn’t like the Supreme Court’s decision, she’d make more headway by actually doing her job than crying like a baby about “legitimacy.” Of course, that doesn’t get her the cable news hits.
