Court: Rules UK Parents Can’t Keep Son Alive Even Though He’s Breathing

Unexpectedly, another medical horror tale is about to unfold. A barbaric nation would not allow its citizens die because they are inconvenienced. Our friends over the pond in England are responsible for this tragic incident.

According to the Post Millennial, UK parents have lost an appeal to keep their son alive even though he’s breathing.

Archie Battersbee (12 years old) suffered a brain injury that put him on life support. UK’s National Health Service wanted to remove Arche from life support for many weeks as the service believed it was against his best interests. He was rightfully opposed to it by his parents. This issue was brought to the attention of the British court. They were ruled against. The parents appealed. Despite the evidence of Archie’s viability, the High court still ruled to take him off life-support. This is the worst kind of sick stuff.

Edward Devereux was the lawyer who represented the parents. He claimed that they would present new evidence as part of a fresh appeal. Archie’s Mom, Hollie Dance, has reportedly seen Archie try to breathe on his own on two separate occasions. We disagree with dignity in death. It is deeply cruel to force it on us, and have him die for this reason,” she stated. Archie should be redeemed by God. He should decide when, where, and how.

This family was not spared by the high court, which ruled Archie should be removed from life support no later than July 15. Justice Hayden ruled based on the inevitable failure of Archie’s brain.

Hayden stated that the court must ask whether Archie is best served by continuing ventilation in this instance. “It’s with profound regret and the best evidence that it is not,” Hayden said. So I guess Archie’s best interest involves him dying.

It’s not surprising, then that Europe is becoming more secular and has zero regard for human lives.
